We stayed two nights in a twin room, clean and simple. Comfortable beds. Cold to lukewarm shower water. Friendly, helpful staff who provided free car transfers to and from the Petra site. Staff organised Petra by night tickets and again included transfers. Good breakfast spread. We ate one meal at the hotel- delicious Arabic chicken, homemade potato chips and salad....

This hotel was a fantastic. Clean, comfortable, with larger than normal rooms, and staff that are willing to help you out with whatever you need. Great food, as well, as quick shuttle to and from petra. And the entire hotel is smoke free, so it smells great too. Upscale decor and environment.

Receptionist (owner) was helpful and arranged a Petra guide to meet us at the hotel to take us to Petra (and was clear about the cost and how many hours were included in the price). He also arranged lunch packs for us (we took one between two and found it plenty)...
