Located near to the markets and restaurant. People very helpful and willing. Nice breakfast and cleaness. Could be a little bit more confortable but enough for 2 or 3 nights. They also provide transport up to Petra entry.

We've booked online two dormbeds in this hotel. When we arrived in afternoon, receptionist did't look happy to see us, seems bored with his job. Then he showed us the room in the backside of the hotel. The carpet in the room looks like never be cleaned, very dusty. There are hairs and a bit rest of foods on the...

Don't know where to start...maybe from the entrance which is not so far from big garbage bins... 1. On the reception You have a young kid from Syria who doesn't speak English AT ALL 2. Place looks like there was no renewing, repainting since long, long time. 3. Wi-fi works sometimes in some places. In the room: 1. Supposedly we...

We booked for 3 nights but we didn't spend even one night there. As soon as we saw the room we decided to move out. Dirty and no water for the shower. The owner is friendly but wasn't possible to stay there in that conditions.

We stayed two nights at the hotel before Christmas 2015. The hotel manager was nice and helpful, he even took us to the local market when we wanted to buy some fruits, thank you! However, the rooms need big improvement: 1. No hot water for shower. We have three rooms and all have problems with getting hot water in the...

Guys, I'm sorry for this review but I hope it will help you improve. After all, you have a lot going in your favor: a central location, a great layout of the space and the traditional warm sympathy of the local people. What went wrong? When somebody complains that water is dripping from the room ceiling you do something about...

Very positive place and welcoming staff. They even helped me to fix my car, invited to smoke shisha with their friends in the evening. I really felt like being at home. Hotel and the room was cosy, good basic breakfast in the morning. Bed linen should be cleaner neither it was. I think, this is the only negative point. Highly...

- Not enough hot water (it starts in the morning 06:30-09:30 and in the evening 06:30-09:30 (not sure if it is about shower or boiled drinking water)). The rooms could be cleaner (especially shower). The shower's door didn't close fully. The toilet lid is too small for the closet's bowl. If your room is on the 1st floor, you hear...

Extreme value for money. Excellent staff. Very clean and provide with all necessary information required. I stayed there for 3 nights and the owner went out of his way to help me out. The only disadvantage, I feel is that it is quite a bit of uphill walk from the main attraction of Petra and the Wi Fi connection on...

As a solo traveller, I found this hotel good and nice for my pocket. Although it is a modest place, it was quite confortable. The owners and the staff are very friendly and ready to help and give advice. It takes a bit to walk to Petra (15-20 mins) but taxi is cheap. This hotel is located in the village...
