The place is quite nice to stay in when exploring the southern part of the Cape peninsula. Located in the centre of the little town gives you the chance to try the nearby restaurants. Not much of a view though - military harbour. Good to have the little grocery store just downstairs. Nice and easy to use kitchen and helpfull...

Old-style building with great wooden floors, a balcony overlooking the harbour and super comfortable beds. The kitchen is big and well-equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are so comfortable it feels more like a self-catering hotel than a backpackers. Across the road from the police station so my car parked on the street was safe.

Very friendly and helpful staff, with clean rooms and comfortable beds! A quick walk to anywhere in Simons town. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay while visiting, this backpackers is definitely recommended.

We stayed for a few days, but this place is best suitable for a short stay. The location is good - walking distance both from the train and the penguins, and with everything you need close by. At winter this it's not optimal, as there is no isolation and no heating, and the doors and windows are not tight, so...

I was in SImon's Town for 1 week and I choose Backpackers as a place to stay. The price was afordable, staff was nice and whole place was clean and rather quiet. Wi-Fi was free, maybe not very fast in my room but it was totally enough to check some things on the Internet (and honestly it's not the most...

We stayed 3 nights. This backpackers is close enough to walk to the train station and to walk into Simon's town (it's not a big place) and walk to the Penguins. It's clean and staff helpful, finding us an adapter for the plug sockets as ours didn't fit and helping us get back to Cape Town for our train. It's...

There's lots of good things to say about this backpackers: it's in a great location, the rooms and general areas are nice, everything is very clean, there's multiple bathrooms, there's always hot water. It's a very comfortable place to stay. We would stay again. The only issue we had was with the wifi. It could do with improving. The wifi...

Room 6 - double ensuite room with shower, fridge and balcony. Clean and comfortable. Safe in the room, but downsides, no storage and main road very noisy from 6am every morning. Access to kitchen useful. Helpful and friendly staff. Free overnight roadside parking very handy. Definitely recommended.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms and bathroom were spotless. Friendly staff. Decent pricing. Great view from the balcony. Can walk to the restaurants and shops from this backpackers. I would definitely recommend this place.
