Dear Mr and Mrs Minnaar, Thank you so much for the feedback, unfortunately due to a terrible economy and recession we are unable to purchase airconditioners for the rooms at this stage, but totally agree. It is on radar and as soon as things improve, we will be putting in airconditioners. I will have a meeting with staff regarding milk not being replaced daily and sufficient hangers. We will also look into the lose floor tile, from what i can see you stayed in Room 6, will get that looked at immediately. Thank you for your constructive feedback, we sincerely appreciate it. And we see you have booked again and look forward to having you stay.

My room was clean and comfortable, but the little touches just weren't there. The tea and coffee making facilities were inadequate and the towels were old and tired. We gave breakfast a skip because the kitchen was dirty - the floor had not even been swept.

Dear Mrs Vivienne Jones Thank you for your constructive feedback Ms Jones, I have looked into your experience regarding a "dirty" kitchen and the floor not being swept, this is highly unusual , our kitchen is impeccable before serving breakfast and unfortunately during breakfast time, our back kitchen tends to get untidy and the floor messy when we are busy. We had just had a full guest house eating breakfast between 7:30 and 8:00. Memory mentioned that 2 gentlemen in your group, never even came into our dining room or kitchen at all, as they mentioned that they were late and were waiting for you and had no time for breakfast. Memory then saw you near the backdoor of our kitchen, after breakfast had been served to other guests and asked you if you were having breakfast, you also said you were running late for a meeting. We supply 5 Roses Tea and Coffee Sachets, milk pods, sugar, I am sorry you find this inadequate. The towels are something I will be looking into and will ensure any older towels are given away to the less fortunate, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Have a wonderful day further.
