This I must say has been the best holiday I have ever been on in my life. No exaggeration. Everything was perfect!

A warm welcome to the hotel by all staff made me feel very comfortable as I’m a solo traveller.

The hotel is spotless. I really enjoyed using the pool and I even sunbathed outside. I’m glad that a nice pool towel and fluffy dressing gown were also provided.

The food was outstanding. Especially the gourmet night which was fantastic. Thank you Josef for looking after me at my table for the week.

This hotel is in the heart of seefeld so close to amenities. The train line is not available to Innsbruck/Mittenwald at the moment but there is a replacement bus service. The local busses are free with your Seefeld card from the hotel. So it was great to explore.

I’m already looking at visiting next year. Thank you for a great holiday!

I stayed at Hotel Bergland for 9 nights in January while participating in Winter World Master Games. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was attentive. This hotel is all-inclusive which not only means 3 meals/ day but also "cake and tea" in the afternoon and an open bar. Dinners were amazing, often a 4-5 course meal. Marcus, the hotel manager, was very friendly and loved to talk to the guests in the bar area before dinner. He always was there to help and even found more waxing profiles so we could all wax our skis before our races. The spa was lovely and clean (and free). The rooms were quiet and well designed. My room was modern and I had a balcony with a lovely view. The only negative was the hotel was fairly warm (some may call this a positive). I needed to sleep with my windows open to keep it cool. This hotel is very central and a very short walk to the downtown area and about 5 minute walk to the train station. A nordic ski pass was included with our stay. We could walk to the cross country trails in just 7-8 minutes or you could take a bus. You can ski from town to town from Seefeld. One more tip, the train goes from Innsbruck to Seefeld regularly (about every 30 min to 1 hour). I will definitely be returning to Seefeld and staying at Hotel Bergland again.

Having read the reviews I was excited for our trip to austria but a little worried about the lack of reviews in recent months, now being on our last few nights, I understand why. The hotel is fairly small and visited yearly by loyal guests (we have met several who have returned for over 10 years and at the moment theres also 2 skiing teams who return each year).

The hotel is lovely and the all inclusive is the best I've had. For breakfast theres cereal, fruit, yogurts, an impressive honey display that looks like its straight out of the hive, bacon, eggs, cheeses, meats and breads. You get asked if you would like tea or coffee once you sit down and you keep the same table for the whole stay. If you don't make it fit breakfast they do leave croissants out for the morning and coffee, teas, espresso etc is available anytime.

Lunch you can either get a 5 euro off voucher if skiing and you can get a ham and cheese toastie for just over 8 euro to give you an idea and coke for 3 if your skiing or you can have a soap or salad in a buffet at the hotel (which is very good)

Theres a lovely spa with themed rooms and a pool if you come back from the slopes before 7pm and at about 5.30/6pm they put out canapes and sparkling wines/wines for pre dinner drinks (or anything at the bar). Canapes have been breadsticks wrapped in ham, breads and cheese and olives.

Dinner is fantastic and on the few occasion we havnt liked what's offered as a main they have changed for us no problem but pre ordering something different.

The bar staff are gems and although all inclusive only goes up to 10pm we never noticed it as a problem.

I hope we will return again, I just wish I had enjoyed skiing as much as the hotel!!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel in January. The staff are friendly, the food is high quality and lots of choice from the breakfast buffet, you get a choice of three main courses in the evening and it really has a fine dinning feel- usually a salad buffet, followed by a served soup, a starter, main course, dessert and then a cheese buffet. The sauna and spa is impressive. Rooms are spacious and modern. Shout out to the lovely cleaning lady she always did a great job and was so friendly even though I don't think she could understand us very much.

Crystal ski on the other hand we're awful. We arrived the hotel at 10am but couldn't check in or start our all inclusive untill 3pm. Not the hotels fault but something future guests should be aware of. Also ski passes weren't sent through untill the afternoon of our second day. So disorganized but luckily the hotel were able to get us our room earlier and helped us with buses to get to the slopes.

I would definitely return in future. Filen Danke for a lovely first skiing holiday.

This hotel is terrible. Location is not handy, no A/C and absolutely no amenities.
The bathroom has a wall mounted soap dispenser and the shower a wall mounted shampoo dispenser. We were told to use as a combo shampoo conditioner and body wash. NOTHING else in the way of amenities. The manager is an old grouch, never smiles, barely speaks english is not friendly. Breakfast if you choose is a joke and major construction outside. We have traveled over 40 years and this is the worst hotel we ever stayed at.

We were not sure what to expect from an all inclusive package but boy, were we pleasantly surprised. From the time we checked in to the time we left we were looked after exceptionally well by all the staff and the food and drink far from being presented on a budget, was among some of the best we have best experienced, the quality was truly amazing. Rooms are well appointed and the hotel has very good facilities including an impressive wellness area and pool and also a lovely bar and lounge area where you can relax with a drink. Location is good just 5 mins walk from the town centre and shops. Nothing left wanting during our very enjoyable stay - well done Bergland!

Hotel - staff great, very friendly including the owner. Rooms were very large. You had to choose the evening food in the morning and write on menu. The food was outstanding. You can also order omelettes and fresh eggs for breakfast. Beware the naked Sauna, apparently the norm in Austria. You can ask for €5 voucher each in the morning towards lunch that can be used for 1 restaurants on either resort.

Skiing - 2 resorts. Plenty of Blues and easy Reds. We were really lucky as went in first week of March and best snow in years. As coach was delayed on saturday due to a flight we were unable to get our skis and passes until Sunday. Fortunately the owner gave us a lift to ski shop which was a 10 minute walk. But afterwards we had another 15/20 minutes walk to slopes uphill. Yellow bus ran from opposite hotel to one resort at 9.40 and other resort at 9.45. Buses were very well organised and included in pass. If u give your pass back to ticket office at end of week u get €4 back.

Crystal - slightly erratic but they did not have our contact details to get in touch.

Overall a great holiday. From an intermediates view would not return to skiing resort as not large enough.

Our first visit to Seefeld, although seasoned summer visitors to Austria. This is a lovely hotel staffed by people who really care about your experience. The attention to detail in every area is perfect.
We had a double room on the fourth floor and our son was in a single room on the first floor. Both were quiet and immaculate, even though they faced the road we weren't bothered by any noise other than the occasional horse.
The pool is beautiful in a lovely relax area and the spa is the best we have experienced in Austria. If we were picky we would say that a jacuzzi would be a good addition.
The food was delicious and beautifully presented.
The breakfast had options for all tastes, the lunch had a more limited offer, but always fresh soup and bread, and dinner was at the least 5 courses. The Tyrolean night was a particular treat.
Our son is a teenager and the hotel was perfect for him, I think that younger children may struggle here.
Thank you so much what a wonderful week

We are staying at the Bergland at the moment and I felt the need to write a review. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are friendly and accommodating and the food and our room are just perfect. Nothing is too much trouble and whilst sitting at the bar or in the dining room the staff, without being intrusive, make sure that you have whatever you need. The ‘all inclusive’ works really well and is a fantastic idea for a ski hotel and it is so refreshing to be able to have well known drink brands. Roman is a knowledgeable and attentive bar man. The pool and spa area provide a great antidote to the outdoor snow activities and again this area is spotless. We will return and bring our friends! Thank you Bergland

From the moment we walked through the door to leaving we enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Hotel Bergland. The family Daschil and all their staff are welcoming, friendly and so attentive. We had a beautiful, spacious and comfortable room on the top floor supplied with bathrobes, towels and slippers for the spa area. All the little touches around the hotel were of quality making your stay relaxing and memorable.
Staff on reception were happy to help if needed and the guest card which gave free local transport was great if you wanted to explore a little without too much walking.

Food on offer was of quality, good breakfast, fresh breads, cakes, homemade soups and staff always made sure you had drinks replenished. Dining room service was excellent with all of the staff working as a team but they never rushed you as a guest asking if you wanted some time between courses. Lounge area was cosy and comfortable with a good atmosphere.

The hotel is in an excellent position, near to the town centre, transport hub for bus and train journeys but also only a short walk to edge of the town for the lake, golf course etc yet not a noisy area. This was our third trip to Seefeld, first one being in the 1980s, and I’m happy to say the village still retains its charm.
We couldn’t fault the all inclusive on offer and felt it was excellent value for the area.
This trip was a package holiday but we loved the hotel so much and left feeling relaxed and recharged we have rebooked independently to return in the Autumn with our daughter. Thoroughly recommend the Hotel Bergland.
