This was our 3rd. visit for Christmas and New Year celebrations. The hotel was full, despite the lack of snow, and many of guests were returning again, like us. This resulted in an exeptional friendly atmosphere. There were also several families enjoying the Christmas festivities. The kitchen is really excellent with good variety of food, and good service and friendliness...

Having stayed at Helga as a couple three years before, we were keen to visit the Seefeld region again and this time have our parents, all in their eighties, along with us. To stay again at Helga was a no-brainer and this was borne out by the exceptional hosts and their wonderful hotel. There have been so many glowing reports...

We have just returned from a Christmas week holiday with Helga and Franz at the Hotel Helga. Staying at this hotel is like staying with family. You are made so welcome. The traditional atmosphere at Christmas is faultless, with story telling, carols and lighting the tree on Christmas Eve, with music and entertainment on other evenings in the lounge. The...

My entire family (husband, children 6&3, mother, brother & mother-in-law) spent 5 wonderful days over Christmas at a Hotel Helga. From making our reservation to every detail of our stay Helga & Franz were consummate hosts. We dined at the hotel 3 nights and each night was a spectacular 5 course meal! Christmas Eve was extra special with Christmas stories,...

I chose this hotel from the Tripadviser reviews but have to say that it was not, in my opinion, up to the general score given at the time we stayed. On the positive side everything was very clean and the staff and Owners friendly and their little dog a delight. We got the impression that the business was struggling but...

We feel the hotel Helga couldn't have done more to make our holiday more enjoyable or relaxing. They were always on hand to offer realistic advice on where to go to make the most of this wonderful area. The hotel is spotless and the food excellent with a varied menu during our week. I felt our hosts pitched it exactly...

Hotel Helga offers a nice and comfortable stay in a friendly family-oriented place. I felt very well looked after. Was greeted every time i came through the doors, or went down for food. The food is tasty and great variation. Breakfast buffet was great, lunch too. Short walk to the center of seefeld and the ski-arena. The room was of...

We stayed at this Hotel and found it very clean and Austria very picturesque. There are no tea making facilities in the room (normal for Austria but we took our own which was a bonus) and there is only a TV news channel in English and would have been nice to watch something other than the news. We paid for...

A very warm welcome by the owners, in a quiet area of Seefeld but only minutes away from the centre. Food has been lovely with a choice of main dishes. Rooms are clean and wrll looked after. Just wish the single rooms would have a balcony too.

We had the same comfortable room as last year, and took our meals in the Stuberl as before. The views around are marvellous, great mountains in all directions, only occasionally obscured by cloud, but the first week they were clearly visible against the clear blue sky. The first week was very hot, and still warm into the evening when we...
