This is our second visit and the new owners are settling in well. The configuration of pool and gardens, views and proximity to the town make for the most perfect combination to have a an easy and blissful time - the rooms are all different os theres tons of character, the views from each shuttered window like a gallery of...

What a fantastic find. We had such a lovely time in this beautiful hotel set in a fantastically unspoilt french town. The room was large and airy, the breakfast perfect and served in the wonderful garden. The roof top pool terrace offered a very tranquil setting for a couple of wonderful lazy days by the pool. The town itself was...

This was my 2nd visit, but 1st with new owners who were friendly. It's a very charming and interesting building with beautiful rooms. I did feel that for the price charged a few more amenities could have been included, i.e. TV and phone in rooms. It is a good place for visitors who want a rather unique, 'European' experience. Hope...

Had a fabulous stay as a family. A truly magnificent hotel - spacious rooms with lovely attention to detail. Fantastic rooftop pool. Amazing to be in the centre of this charming town yet feel like you are a million miles away once inside. The new owners are as fabulous as their building.

Visited over a long weekend, fantastic place, great rooms, confortable beds, lovely breakfast. Situated in town but feels very secluded when you're there. Can't recommend enough, it's changed hands recently now run by a charming couple who have lived in the area for a while. Will definitely return! Very child friendly.

Gorgeous, very peaceful house (ex college? not sure) in a sweet and ancient little town. The rooftop pool was lovely and quiet, we were upgraded to our own apartment and the host was great fun. Slightly tricky to find so pay attention to his instructions or your sat nav will keep sending you down side roads not big enough for...

We stayed two nights/three days in Sommières at this gem of a hotel. It is a beautiful old villa with rooms and apartments. We were upgraded to an apartment with a huge kitchen, dining and living space and a pretty balcony. The bathroom was pristine white and very clean. The apartment was fully functional as well as being decorated to...

I chose to stay at the Hotel de l'Orange after visiting friends of mine there. The location is magnificent, the rooms are charming and the pool on the roof terrace is wonderful. Sadly the owner is exceptionally rude and, despite all the positive points above, I would not recommend staying here. Both myself and my partner are pretty relaxed but...

With Phillipe as our host, with a very helpful attitude and a quirky sense of humour, 3 days was not enough in this delightful town and varied region. Sensational pool overlooking town, charming courtyard breakfast Highly recommended.

I have recently returned from a wonderful week at hotel de l'Orange, this was a return visit and lived up to the memories of previous years. Phillipe (owner) was charming and helpful, the hotel so peaceful and relaxing. Certainly planning another visit next year.
