You have to see this olive garden taverna, situated in the village styled hotel bearing the same name, , in order to realize how beautiful a lunch maybe if you add greatly cooked traditional Greek cuisine, bargain prices and surroundings that you will remember. Most visitors return to this place again and again, year after year, from all around Europe....

The hotel was a little difficult to find, as it is right on the ocean at the base of the city. It is comprised of several two story buildings each of which has 3 to 4 hotel rooms/studios. The building are spread out through an old olive grove, which gives the place some extra character. That said, the grounds look...

Me, my husband, our 5 year old and 16 month old all stayed here for 5 nights and we had an amazing time! We stayed in one of the masionette apartments and it was beautiful. For the money it cost it felt like we were getting a bargain. They provided a highchair and cot at no extra charge for our...

Stayed for five nights. Perfect place to stay. Having trekked about the Peloponnese for a couple of weeks in high season, the rest and relaxation of Hotel Elies were blissful. I cannot fault them or add any criticism, only praise and to say that I look forward to my return for a longer duration. Our rooms were cleaned daily, breakfast...

It is amazing enough to be in the beautiful city of Kardamilyi, but staying at this hotel was the best part of our trip. The room was an apartment which was very clean, big and had beautiful views. There was a separate beach for just guests with umbrellas, chairs and drink service. The staff was just amazing in accommodating us....

Stylish, spacious bungalow, beautifully furnished and equipped, idyllic setting, wonderful food and charming personnel. Cool, high ceilings, air-con, huge balcony and the sea at your doorstep. My kind of heaven

Elies sits in a perfect Greek olive grove that goes down to the beach. The modern purpose built stone chalets are built to the highest standard and the restaurant nestles in amongst the olive trees. The pebble beach has sun loungers and the sea is azure blue and very inviting! The food at the hotel is classic Greek for lunch...

Our room was extremely large and comfortable, with a completely equipped kitchen. When we arrived, we were presented with bread, butter, eggs, coffee, jam and seventeen oranges (for our two-night stay). The grounds are full of olive trees, which provide wonderful shade, and the outdoor restaurant is great also. The beach is right across the street.

This is what a true Greek vacation should feel like. No artificial lawns, no pool, just some beautiful stone houses scattered in an olive grove and the finest Greek cuisine you can get. (even better than my mother's - believe me I am Greek). The family running the place will go that extra mile to ensure that your stay will...

Elies certainly exceeded our expectations. The friendly family that operates the hotel and restaurant go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay - from the welcome drink at the bar upon arrival to all the fine details in each room, including Korres products, jams, fresh oranges (for you to squeeze beakfast juice), coffee, teas, etc in the spacious, immaculate...
