We visited with our daughters in March. We were given a room with direct view to the poil and naflpion. The room was recently renovated.it had everything you need for a nice family vacation(even a baby cot and high chair). A fully equipped kitchen. Refridgerator was filled everyday with eggs, juice, jams, homemade cake and cookies and even chocolate croissants.
We had a nice weekend getaway and would
Love to visit again during summertime
10’ by car to nafplion
The only negative was the noise. Our next room neighboors were having a party and the tv and music was too loud two nights in a row

A great hotel to stay, 10 min away from Nafplio.
The view and the pool area is amazing. We stayed in the room with separate bedrooms, by the pool!
Really friendly owners, the made us feel very welcome!
Fully equipped kitchen if you wish to cook in. The owners leave breakfast in the kitchen with eggs, jam, cookies and homemade cake!
Already visited two times and planning to visit again!

Comfortable space and clean room. Very friendly owners. With a nice and big pool and a nice view. A bit isolated which means it's a good idea to have supplies. A very good choice for someone who wants tranquility and within a short driving distance to Nafplio. The price for September for 2 people could be a bit lower.

Beautiful self-contained apartments. Small but perfectly formed with everything you need. Immaculately clean. Lovely large swimming pool. The owners can not do enough to help and are very polite. Soft beds and pillows (rare in Greece), a/c for summer; open fires for winter. The only draw back is that you do need a car to get here but you have a wonderful view of Nafplion at night. It is about 10 minutes drive to Nafplion. I was tempted to keep this secret to myself!!

We stayed at anassia last April for about a week. We occupied 3 rooms (the entire family). The rooms are newly designed and very clean. The country view is beautiful and above all is Tasos (the owner) who was just so nice and alaways ready to help and service. It's a few miles from Napflio but if you have a car don't hesitate!
Thank you Thasos for a great vacation!

We stayed here for a week at the end of a road-trip in order to have some real r’n’r. The accommodation itself and the location were perfect. We had a studio apartment with panoramic views from the terrace over the mountains towards the sea and over the pool.

The apartment was extremely well equipped and comfortable and the kitchen area had good quality utensils so that putting together lunch was really possible. There was plenty of space and the room felt very airy as the terrace doors opened wide to the view.

The owners were extremely helpful and friendly and although they were around and accessible they were never intrusive; the room was serviced and breakfast re-stocked when we had gone out, even if that was late afternoon.

The pool area is well maintained and has beautiful views. The apartments are cleverly designed to maximise privacy while all seeming to have great views.

The location is extremely peaceful but only a short drive to Nafplio which is a lovely town by the sea with many excellent restaurants, bars and shops. There are also many other interesting destinations within a short drive such as Epidavros, Mycaenae and Poros.

We had a wonderful week at Anassia Villas and can recommend it highly.

What a lovely place. On arrival was met by the owner (very nice gentleman) who quickly showed us to the apartment. WOW, it was lovely. Very clean and beautifully decorated. We stayed in Villa 31 which had a lovely view out towards the sea. The breakfast is in your room and is basic but it's enough till you go out. We also had bottled water in the fridge as well. My only criticism would be that the bathtub is very tiny. Other than that, well worth the money.

When discussing with my travel agent my requirements for an overseas vacation he suggested Anassia Villas, a place where he himself had spent an enjoyable holiday with his young family last year. Having taken his advice I have recently returned from a wonderful two week stay. This statement is a combination of both the excellence of the Villas and their ideal location which gives a guest access to both peaceful immediate surroundings with a vista of both natural and man made beauty. The views are not only spectacular during the day but are like a fairyland when lit at night. The town of Naflion 7klms away is so picturesque visually with the addition of both a number of interesting museums and historical venues to visit
I shall soon post some photos in support of the above.
For other than a weekend the provided breakfast which was adequate would be much improved with some variation for a longer stay
The delightful owners of the villas took a genuine interest in ensuring your stay would be one of pleasant memories
Even from as far a field as Australia I myself will be a repeat visitor.

Wonderful hospitality, amazing location! The rooms were nicely decorated, really easy on the eyes and inviting. And they were really clean, and stayed really clean throughout our stay. And this also goes for the pool. The breakfast is nothing to die for, but is not bad. Also the kitchen is fully equipped so if arrangements are made, there is absolutely no reason to leave the room.
Went there after a crazy month, and thought I was in heaven! Also, and this is to be noted, the place is so great, that we felt no need to visit Nafplio (a beautiful city) or any of the nearby beaches.

Room Tip: Ask for room 41. There might be some noise from the pool, and the sun might be shining all day...
