We stayed at Ktima Anastasia for 3 nights during October. It is located 5-10 minutes by car from Nafplio in a nice place among orange and olive trees. There is a big free parking zone in Nafplio so going there by car is never a problem. The room was clean and convenient, with a nice terrace and kitchen facilities. The...

studios way off Nauplio. Ours and the others' were visited by a superactive hostess twice a day come rain or shine. Not my idea of vacation. Sort of a roundabout circular building. Small apartments. In ours we heard the people in the reception office all day long through our toilet window. They probably heard our indigestion from our wc as...

We spent 3 nights here, nothing outrageos, but a nice place. Large garden, big terrace, downstairs, enough privacy. Beds a bit solid, but clean and OK. You need a car to go anywhere. And... A map of Nafplio, we got terribly lost, the first night.

I think I have so many to say but let's be short: - quiet. - clean. - 5 minutes from Nafplio, parking available. - the decoration is cosy, just like a home and not a hotel room. - the room has all the necessary equipment for the kitchen (dishes, pots...) and much more (sponge, dish soap, sugar and coffee to...

Wonderful place to stay with a family and see all the beauties of the Argolid. We stayed there 5 days with our 3 children. Place is beautiful and quiet. The owner is very anxious to make your stay enjoyable. Nafplio is about 5 minutes by car, and it is easy to travel anywhere in Argolis from there. We had the...

I found this beautiful place because of a local friend's referral. I can't express how much I enjoyed the place, property, owners and location. 5 minutes outside of the fuss of your typical large group tourists spots and close enough to stock your efficient sized kitchen for any midnight snacks or light breakfast. The property hosts verandas, spacious comfortable lounging...

We stayed in August 2013 at Ktima. Studios are very nice, big with all stuff you can need. Place is very very quiet and peaceful, much better then go to center with all that traffic and noise. At night you can give your mind full rest. Beds are excellent so you can get your self really good sleep. Management were...

We stayed at Ktima Anastasia with 2 of our kids (10 & 7 years old). We stayed in the one bedroom apartment. It was well organized & clean + plus very beautiful. The kids loved to play on the lawn (hide and seek, catch etc.). It is a quiet location away from the city but only 5 minutes from Nafplio....

We stayed in a studio at Ktima Anastasia during 9 nights. It's less than 10 minutes drive from the city of Nafplio. The area is very quiet. The studio itself has good facilities: a kitchenette with 3 hot plates and a little oven, a coffeemaker, big fridge, shower with curtain and hot water 24 hours, airconditioning (which we didn't need...

We really, really enjoyed our stay with Ktima Anastasia. Vicky is amazing. We kept changing our plans until the day before. Not only did she put up with our inconsistency, but bent over backwards to make sure we had the most enjoyable stay possible. And we did. The whole property is very clean and well maintained, and the small apartment...

Ktima Anastasia, Nea Tiryntha, Nafplion, Argolida is made up of five open plan self-catering studios and one self-catering apartment with separate bedroom all sleeping 1 - 5 persons in private olive groves of 6 stremmata. Close proximity to Nafplion (the first capital of Greece) and archaeological sites of the Argolida and more generally the Peloponnese area make Ktima Anastasia a great choice for holidays in Greece. Close to nature whilst also just a few minutes from local amenities and beaches and, designed with luxury in mind, Ktima Anastasia is the perfect blend for tourists all year round who would like to combine the traditional culture of Greece, agrotourism, beach holidays and a peaceful relaxing break together with top quality accommodation and personal service. The garden area at Ktima Anastasia is large and grass covered, a fantastic area for children to play and we have emphasized this by having a playground area with a selection of toys. The Ktima is completely fenced around and therefore perfectly safe for young ones to play. Each type of accommodation offers a light, spacious bright atmosphere and we have tried to anticipate your every need with the amenities available.
