We attended a wedding recently here. Upon arrival check in was very smooth with friendly staff. The rooms are grand, airy and a good size. Really good value for the price point. Free parking too!!!! At the wedding reception the hotel came into itself! The staff and service was excellent- the food delicious. The bar staff were as cheery at 2 am as they were on arrival. The breakfast the next day was so very tasty served by the same staff with smiles on their faces! Highly recommended for weddings etc Well done team Anner Hotel - you can be proud of yourselves!

Very friendly and welcoming hotel. All staff were helpful and pleasant. We found the room small and cluttered but spotless and well kept. The lobby was very spacious and comfortable. Food in Ed's was great and the staff very attentive. Great selection of hot and cold food for breakfast. Didn't use pool or gym but they both looked great. We stayed one night and it was a very positive experience.

We had a very pleasant overnight stay in this lovely hotel. A short walk to the centre of Thurles town centre. We got a lovely quiet room as requested. Great breakfast and the bar food was also really good. Nice friendly atmosphere with a pleasant & very helpful staff team

Stayed for one night for a family event and was not disappointed. Staff were warm and friendly, service in both the bar and the restaurant was excellent. Huge choice of drinks in the bar and a filling Irish breakfast the next morning before we left. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

I am from Thurles and always stay at the Anner when I come home. My husband and I call it our home from home we love it so much.Unfortunately this time round there was a slight misunderstanding with our booking. Lily came to meet me and within less than 5 minutes, she not only corrected the problem but turned our experience into an absolute dream. We would have always recommended the Anner to friends and family and will continue to do so. But this review is for Lily, Operating Manager (hopefully I have the right title) of the Anner. Lovely greeting on arrival at reception. All round friendly and helpful, cheerful staff. Great Hotel for all occasions, good food, comfortable bedrooms, cosy bar and an excellent Leisure Centre and Gym with well trained and highly qualified staff. One of the best Hotels in Ireland.

Lovely hotel, from the time we arrived to checking out we had a great experience. Our room was fab, big, clean, warm and cosy. Food in the restaurant was delicious with big portion size. Bar staff very friendly but the bar could do with a few bar stools. Breakfast very tasty with great verity, and to top it off swimming pool and nice gardens.

Great few days stay here. Staff were lovely rooms are comfortable warm and clean. Food was amazing at both breakfast and in the bistro . The kids loved having access to the pool. I can’t wait for a return visit
