My husband and I got a so called double room. The room had a double bed with one side up against the wall, exit and entry was difficult for two Senior Citizens. The room was very small with the TV on the dressing table, which was in the opposite position of the bed. Not that we watched it as the...

Location is best in whole port and views from pool when youre having a cocktail at sunset is such a treat. Bar staff and drinks are worth every penny. It will be a gamble to book for next year once the upgrade has occurred and the price has rocketed as I'm not sure the improved rooms are the main issue...

Disappointing single room with poor air conditioning that did not go below 21 degrees and had seen better days really needs to be refurbished - although the hotel itself was very clean and reception bright and airy. Sadly for me on holiday on my own the hotel seemed to cater more for the German holidaymaker, with very little or no...

As has been mentioned by many other TA reviewers, this hotel is a real gem. Great location, great staff, clean and tidy at all times. Beds very comfortable, good shower over the bath, and rooms good size. We arrived around midnight and were delighted to find they had a lovely mixed salad, rolls and bottled water awaiting us in restaurant....

Hotel in fantastic location,in centre of bay and meters from beach, views very good from pool and sea facing rooms, rooms tired but hotel is revamping these in winter. Staff pleasant and helpful. Food is average but certainly not unpleasant. Would stay again for sure, once rooms modernised then this will be a gem.

Don't want anyone to know about this place as it may get too busy. It's in the best place in Port de Soller right in the centre of the bay across the road and your in the sea. You can access all bars and shops with ease. The staff are brilliant very attentive and even recognised us from our previous...

Spent one week there in August lovely location, hotel not bad, room was very clean but outdated, beds were comfortable and shower was good. The food was okay but nothing special they had goldfish on the menu one evening! couldn't believe it. The pool is very small it's not as big as in photos so spent time on the beach....

Fantastic location right in the middle of the beach front. Clean and tidy if a little plain but that's all we need. Great pool area and again very clean. Breakfast not great so we didn't bother but staff, in particular the bar staff are all fantastic and friendly.

We had a week long family break to the hotel mid August. The hotel has a great location right beside the beach overlooking the bay. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Food was grand with good enough enough selections on mains (usually 3 ). There was some entertainment at night but there is nothing specifically for kids but my kids...

We are a large family group that have been going to the Eden for many years and know the helpful staff by name. This year however the superior room was shabby and the standards of cleaning poor! The food in the restaurant was served only warm never hot! the area around the pool was rarely cleaned and dirty! The steps...
