Was lucky enough to spend 3 days here cycling at the end of September.

From the start till the end David (and his family) where perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble.

My room which was only a single was perfect for my stay had an amazing view of the bougainvilla and the Col de Soller which I rode up 3 times!!

The very fresh breakfast was wonderful and very French
You can tell David's wife is very skilled in the kitchen - those cakes where so good!

Great facilities for bike storage and assistance with a nearby bike company and another character Boris! I even had a fantastic morning on David's scooter which offered a nice break from peddling - Soller Port is a must visit.

All in all a truly magical stay and if the wife lets me I'm back next year.

Thanks David!

Phenomenal b&b with many lovely additional details that made our stay unforgettable: David was very helpful in giving us advice on where best places to visit were and how to get there along with delicious food recommendations nearby. Every morning we enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice and fruit salad and a different variety of delightful breakfast foods in great quantities and always very happy to give us more advice when we asked many questions. Our rooms were spotless and very comfortable with AC that prevented us from melting during the night 🤣

Thank you for a delightful stay!

Stayed here for 5 nights with my adult daughter, room was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and quality sheets, rooms are well soundproofed, so even though hotel is on a residential road, it was very quiet. The host David, is very charming and friendly, making sure everything was as it should be. Other reviews have mentioned the breakfasts, oh my, they are amazing, all cooked by David, absolutely delicious, and served in a charming courtyard. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the centre, along a very pretty tree lined road. This was our 2nd holiday to Soller, and we are already planning our return! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The couple managing the property is not so friendly at all! They lie and don’t respect the conditions they come up to. They asked me to pay in cash only, but they tried to get my money from CC prior to the arrival. When we arrived, we found out that a room for 2 adults means 2 persons, so they asked me to rent another room to put my baby to sleep, although she always shares the bed with us, as I informed the property about.

Dear Madam, I find you very displaced and liar, and your husband really lacks politeness ......... you made a reservation with booking.com with an invalid payment card for one night, a double room for two people, I asked you to kindly check the entry of your card number two days before your arrival by the messaging system of booking.com, I remained without answer. Then you dare to introduce yourself, to be insulted in Romanian by your husband because finally you are 3 people, even if your child is 6 years old because I offered you a second room. You even confirmed to me that when you were looking for a night for two adults and a child, the booking site offered you two rooms, then your husband asked me for a cash refund for the unpaid night. Please, Madam, avoid mistaking Majorca's hoteliers for campgrounds.

This beautiful Majorcan townhouse is in a tree- lined street and about a 5mins walk from the characterful, bustling main square of Soller. The small hotel has been stylishly restored and is maintained to a high standard by David and his team. Our bedroom was a bedroom with balcony at the front of the property with a private bathroom with shower. Clean bed linen and towels every day. Breakfast was amazing consisting of fresh orange juice, homemade savoury pastries, cheeses, sweet pastries or cake., fruit and yogurt, breads and jam. There was a beautiful garden to relax in. Bliss!

I had the pleasure of spending a week at Casa Bougainvillea with my teenage daughter and I could not find a single negative point about our stay. Leticia and David are exceptional hosts; attentive, super helpful, friendly and no request was ever too much. The breakfasts were absolutely incredible, personalised daily according dietary needs and pleasures, and included the most delicious homemade cakes, tarts and quiches. I have traveled extensively for both business and pleasure and I can honestly say I have not experienced hospitality to this standard in many places. The hotel is spotless throughout and our room was cleaned thoroughly daily. I would highly recommend Casa Bougainvillea and the beautiful Soller to anyone wishing to travel to this part of Mallorca.

This little house very close to the centre of Soller has been beautifully renovated. The rooms are spacious, modern and offer all required amenities. David has made a beautiful job of decorating the hotel turning it into a cozy rustical environment staying true to the spanish architecture, but adding some of his own french flair. Breakfast was delicious. David made it freshly himself. A healthy yet satisfying platter. David was also a fabulous host. He helped us put our bikes away into a locked bike room and guided us through the hotel. Gave us tips and recommendations for bike tour and also provided us with a snack.
The only negative I could find (and this really clutching at straws) was that we could only pay by cash, but I would still definitely come again. Thank you David.

Our stay here was perfectly fine, but on arriving home we received a message advising that we would be charged €59 for a broken vase. We responded to confirm that we had no knowledge of a broken vase but we received no further communication. A few days later €50 (rather than €59) was taken from the card we booked the property with.

The proprietor appears to have made up his mind that we broke a vase (he has a photo of a broken vase) and that it was ok to take money from our card despite our confirmation that the breakage was nothing to do with us.

It's not clear whether this is dishonesty on the part of the hotelier or a genuine mistake, but either way he is yet to offer any reasonable response to us or to admit any possibility that he is in the wrong. He may genuinely think that we are to blame, although I can't imagine why anyone would break a vase in a hotel room they were staying in and then not mention it.

We are currently in the process of trying to recover the money taken from us, but this is time consuming and the experience of being blamed for damage we didn't cause and then having money taken from us without permission has tarnished an otherwise pleasant stay in Soller.

On the basis of our overall experience here we would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for accommodation in Soller.

Stayed 3 nights. Excellent location in a quiet part of the town, but only 5-10 mins walk from the centre and a handy base for walking and cycling. The townhouse has a secluded courtyard at the back, where breakfast is served. Every breakfast is different and sets you up for the day. Also the option of a covered carpark (€10/day) which avoids the long walk to the ring road where there is free parking along the edge of the road. David, our host was very welcoming and he and his team were excellent hosts. I would recommend it highly.

This is a lovely small hotel in Soller town. A short walk to all amenities. David is a great host and prepares delicious breakfasts served on the outside patio under shade of the bougainvilla and hibiscus. Our group of five stayed for three nights on a walking visit to this beautiful area of the island.
