charm, kindness and good price in a very special place of the Rias Baixas. Anabel and rober will make you feel at home. If u r thinking going to Baiona, definetely this is the place. Central location, parking spaces, and 10 minutes from the nearest beach
Wonderful hotel run by an English couple. They are very friendly and very accomodating. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. All the staff was very helpful. Good restaurant down the street called Fidago.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights while hiking the Portuguese coastal camino. We wanted a rest day during our hike and this was a great place to relax. The owners, Rob and Annabelle, are friendly, helpful, and kind. They make you feel very welcome. We had many great chats with Rob. There is a lovely and private garden area where we enjoyed a bottle of wine - which you can purchase from them. We also enjoyed the breakfast area. I am celiac and they purchased gluten free bread for me to enjoy each morning. We would love to stay here again!
This was a real pleasure! The hotel is in a lovely and quiet area. We were warmly greated by the owner. And our room was very cosy. The view from our window was gorgeous. Breakfast was included and we had a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Everyone here is super nice and goes out of their way to make you feel at home.
One thing is assured when you stay at Hotel Arce; you will be very well taken care off. It is a lovely small family-run hotel in one of the better areas of Baiona, midway from the town and the beautiful beach, along a street with great quality bars and cafes. The feeling is very cosy and local - there is street food and clothing local market on Mondays which is great fun. The hotel is slightly set back, so it is quiet and allows for a good rest. The bedroom is well set up, with a fabulous bed and all that you may need for your stay. Good light, desk, and space for your clothes. It is very clean and you feel at home all the time. Breakfast is varied and served “to measure” by Marta, who always has a pleasant smile. Robert and Annabelle, the couple that run the hotel and bring a good mixture of local Galician and English sense of humor, take time to be with their customers and explain any directions, places to visit or sort out any specific, out of the ordinary, requests. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the area. Sometimes, if you get lucky, you may have the extra service of a bell boy by the name of “Buttons”…
