Paul Toners hospitality is second to none. This establishment is and one off that can cater for everybody doing anything in a beautiful picturesque tranquil setting. Spotlessly clean throughout. Delicious food for all dietary needs. Very spacious. I can't wait to return!

Stayed with my 3 young children in one of the apartments within the B&B as part of a larger family group. The spacious accommodation was superior to the average 'family room' and meant we could all have a peaceful night's sleep. The children were welcomed by the owner and felt immediately at home, enjoying the toys and books, riding round... More

Three generations of our family spent a very enjoyable weekend at Strangford Bay Lodge! Paul the owner made us very welcome and so it felt like a home from home. Nothing was too much trouble and there were nice touches he had the fire lit ready for us when we came back from dinner, and plenty of toys for the... More

Stayed here with my 3 young boys, mummy and daddy in Aug 16. All ages were catered for. We didn't want for anything in fact the owner Paul, who seems to be on site 24/7, came up with loads of ideas for us. These being, cinema night, music and dancing, bike rides and hot tubs! And we were only there... More

Paul Toner and his wonderful property have just made a reunion with the Irish side of our family in Northern Ireland an even more special occasion than we anticipated that it would be. My 3 grown up daughters, son-in-law, 4 month old grandson and I were quite nervous about the whole trip as getting anywhere with a small baby is... More

I've MS and I'm pretty independent. I had to leave home in April while repairs were being done, initially for 4 weeks. It took 7 and I never noticed them. If only we could give this venue 6 stars out of five! This is truly one of the hidden gems in life. At the start of May 2016 we stayed two weeks at Strangford Bay Lodge and had a fantastic time. "We" exist out of our 29 year old son, both my parents (Both in their eighties) and ourselves, a... More

Stayed here with my parents and my wife and 18 month old son. My dad has MS and is wheelchair bound.
