After a last minute, desperate attempt to find affordable, yet quality accommodation in or near Tongue, I managed to secure one night at Rhian Guest House. We were advised to check in by 6pm, however, with my media-industry daughter stopping every 15 minutes to take photographs en route, we didn't arrive until 7.30pm, having paid no deposit. As advised by...

We enjoyed our little stay of 1 night, the room was comfy and cute, the bathroom was a very good size and our hosts were very nice. Breakfast was of a very high standard, our only complaint was the other guests were quite noisy and kept us awake until midnight.

We arrived here by bicycle and were given a very friendly welcome. The B&B is an uphill walk into Tongue but we were very kindly offered a lift in. The house is very nice and clean and the family room we were given (upgraded from the twin for free because it was available which was a nice touch) was also...

Stayed here for a night in January with my partner and spaniel as we just fancied a trip round the north coast. From the second we arrived we felt welcomed and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the owners. The room we had was tastefully fitted out and was warm and comfortable. A superb breakfast set us up...

Very friendly and helpful B&B. Pubs were closed in the area for meals so Jenny kindly cooked us soup for dinner. The rooms were warm, shower excellent. Breakfast plentiful and tasty. We arrived in wet clothes after trekking & Jenny thoughtful dried our clothes for us overnight. We stayed in a room but looks like there are cottages too. Tongue...

This guest house was recommended to us. It was easy to find as it's well signposted from the village. We received a lovely warm welcome from Jenny. Our room was basic but had everything we needed. Separate bathroom but this wasn't a problem. There was also a lounger area, which we made use of, with a lovely wood burner, television,...

Really loved this B&B, lovely room with great view, nice bathroom and lovely bed. Downstairs was a very nice conservatory complete with telescope and wildlife info for the local area. Room to sit and catch up with the other guests . Breakfast was good and it was great to be able to wander around their farm, mingle with the ducks,...

The B&B is a little out of town, only about 5 minutes or so on a single-track road. Not hard to get to at all. We arrived late afternoon, then immediately back to town for dinner so didn't take in much other than our bedroom .. which was comfortable, and we woke up next morning to chickens and sheep sounds....

Although the rooms are old fashioned and not what I call 'nice', they have everything you need to have a great stay. A warm duvet, a comfortable bathroom, good bed, great shower... But the breakfast makes up for all that the room lacks : just splendid!

Strict check in time, Deposit in advance, Early breakfast orders, Room was way to small to walk around the bed along with no tv in the room. the location was a little out along with some maneuvering to get a car through the gates. In there defence they offered to drive us into town and there was a tv in...
