Stunning location and great place to explore this part of Scotland. The accommodation is comfortable if a little tired and in need of updating. Great unique place with all the animals and helpful friendly owners.

Plenty of room and space. Views where fabulous and great prices too. Only problem was bedroom was rather dusty and damp but once heater was on for an hour and clothes felt damp in wardrobe so my best advice is put clothes on heater over night and nice warm when put them on.

This place is desperately run down. Rabbits in tiny rotting hutches, broken down vehicles lying around, no one around to be seen. Two very disappointed children, no owls, no pigs , no ponies and no cows. All in all a very sad derelict place.

We stayed in the thatched roof cottage and the views were just stunning. The cottage was cosy, there's a fire in the living room but there are also heaters in every room which you are free to switch on if you need them. We had terrible weather and looking out the living room window across the loch watching the rain...

Patty, who runs it, is a no-nonsense woman and this is a no-nonsense place. You are holidaying in a Highland wooden farm chalet so don't expect city standards. At best, it's shabby chic. But the views are amazing and you can walk to a small beach below. If you're lucky, you can spot The Royal Scotsman train going across the...

We came here last year as part of our honey moon and loved it. We have been lots of times and always enjoy our stay. It's dog friendly and I love walking around seeing all of the animals. Can't wait to come back hopefully next year!! We even seen the pine martins and the raccoons. Also, go for a walk...

We have visited the place in December with kids and friends and amazing time together. Very friendly and easy going staff. Amazing place with really fantastic walking opportunities. The only 'but' is cleaning in lodges. Our bedroom had a strong smell of mustiness what was difficult to overcome. I understand that to keep as big farm running can be difficult...

What a lovely place to stay. We stayed in a little log cabin overlooking Loch Carron. The views were outstanding. Pattie and her family made us feel very welcome and the cabin we stayed in had everything we needed. There was no internet access and no live TV but there are plenty of DVDs and videos to borrow on site....

I am rating the farm only and not the accommodation (as I did not stay here) The entry is just £1.50 per person and then you can pay for farm food about 20p a small bag - Make sure you buy loads of bags as the animals and birds know that when people visit, they get food out of them....
