Dear Sir. Thank you very much for your opinion we appreciate the good ones but we have to use the bad ones in order to learn and improve. In the hotel business like in most business there are conditions that need to be met in order to have a successful one, and in this case a deposit is a must....

The Hostal offers good quality for a fair price. It is strategically located between Armenia and the airport and only 30 minutes away from most attractions. The owners are more than willing to pick you up from the airport and are very hospitable. They really gives you the feeling to be home alongway from home.

This is one of the most welcoming, homely and good value/ high quality places you could imagine. Danilo and Maria are such kind and welcoming hosts. First Dani picked me up from the bus station in his car, then I was upgraded to a nicer room as the hostel was very quiet, then I was regularly invited juices and meals,...

Mi buen amigo Alex. Thank you so very much for such a kind review. Trully there was a wonderful experience for the two of us, we have made our motto "Your Home Away From Home" our way of life. Please remember that you left a home here in Armenia.

This is a nice place to stay rather than in Armenia. The place is set on nice grounds and is very clean with good amenities. The view from the hotel is amazing. There is a shop and a small restaurant nearby.

Staying at Los Juanes felt like home! The owners were very nice, they offered breakfast made and served by themselves in their own kitchen. Its a pretty house, traditional, and most of the deco is made of wood -which I love since gives the place a rustic air-. It has an indoor quad with an amazing ceiling, perfect for a...

I just stayed at Hostel los Juanes. It is located 15 minutes south of downtown Armenia. It's a clean, comfortable place with a friendly staff and some great amenities like a pool, billiards table, soccer field, and bar/dance floor area. Jairo is a great host and the staff is very friendly. As it's just 10 minutes from the airport, it's...

Only for a quick airport stop. We arrived late and left very early so I can't tell you how the hostel is during the day. This is not a nice hostel it's just okay. Our room was slightly over priced with no hot shower. The hostel was empty and eerie. All said and done the owner was kind and hospitable...

It´s difficult to understand how a person can talk about a place and say that it si not good when arrives late 9pm and leaves at 5am. It is also rare how a person reserves a room that knows very well what is going to cost and then says that is somewhat expensive. Regarding the emptiness of the place, well...
