Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Nothing special about this hotel, we came with a group, slept and went to Bromo at 3am, you don't really need much for a half night stay :) We ordered a lunch in the restaurant and it was really good in form of a buffet.

We stayed at the newer section of the hotel. Pleasant surroundings. While the amenities are basic it was satisfactory with hot showers and even a TV. Breakfast was Indonesian and adequate for the price.

I came with family and friend in a tour to Mount Bromo, and we stay for few hours. Entering the room, I saw some construction failure related to the front door. The room was clean but little bit shabby. The electric plug was almost broken. The shower only provide hot water and can't be regulated. The good this is this hotel has wide parking place and large dinning room. The food was good, but didn't offer many variety of cuisine. The hotel also is expanding, but it seem neglect the older room. However, this expanding blocks the nice views of hill and mountain. This hotel is good for short stay, not recommended for a long stay.

We spent two nights in this hotel while visiting the Bromo mountain. It is a simple place, but there was nothing to complaint about, maybe the shower was too hot and it couldn't be regulated. The room was clean, food in the restaurant was good enough, although there was not a lot of choice. If you are not to picky, it is not a bad hotel.

Took a night stay during Bromo Tour. It has strategic location but definitely need to polish more of it's services Likes: - vast parking area - hot water available - big restaurant room Dislikes: - welcome complementary was only 3 mineral water cups - no electric water keetle, imho it's essential since i need something warm during cold night - toiletries was only bath soap, no teethbrush, no shampoo - no in-room phone installed, can't contact lobby

Stayed at Nadia hotel on our trip to Bromo mountain with my family and friends. We arrived at 11 pm and woke up at 1 am . After came back from Bromo then only I noticed that the towels provided are full of stains, look dirty and smelly. There's not enough facilities ie no telephone, refrigerator or ironing facilities. No hot water either. Just imagine if you have to take a shower. Breakfast spread is very small but enough to feed your hunger.

We stayed at Hotel Nadia with bunch of business friends from the US and China, for local indonesian, this hotel might be enough as it is just built for sleet in few hour. But for the foreigner, probably needs to have a better hotel. Few rooms provided but the hotel has a big area for parking, the hotel located quite far from the volcano (Mount Bromo) as we need to go by "Jeep" to go there and take more than an hour. You may stay at the better hotel near the volcano to get the view as well. Room was spacious, tv inside, not so much facilities. The bathroom is also spacious actually, but need to be cleaner. Hotel Nadia can provide you all the need for the trip to the volcano i.e: Jeep, entrance fee We have not tried the breakfast since we already got something to eat in the volcano area. In summary, probably this hotel not the best choice for me but if you see the price it is quite acceptable as this also located in the village or mountain.

We stayed at this hotel as a part of our tour to Bromo. We arrived after a 14 hour bus ride from yogyakarta at 10pm and were happy when they told us we could still have dinner. Food at the restaurant was good. Breakfast the next day was Eggs on Toast, some fruit and coffe, which was good as well. The rooms were simple, but spacious and clean and they have big blankets, which is good, since it can get quite cold at night in this area. There was also wifi available at recption area. Nothing fancy, but definitely okay for a one night stay! We've heard about far worse accomodation included in this sort of tours to Bromo.

We stayed in Nadia hotel which was included in our Bromo package. Arrived hotel after 5-6 hours of long drive from Surabaya and found that such creepy places can exist. It is close to Bromo and there are no other, better options around. Poor rooms, lack of hot water and lack of English speaking people in their restaurant. You may not be able to stay in a better place, but keep your expectations accordingly. Take some packed food if you want to avoid their bad food.
