We have been coming here for over 10 years and it is a trip that we look forward to all year. Parchers Resort is set in the most beautiful area. The cabins are very nice and well equipped. We lucked out this time with a full size refrigerator in our cabin. If you don't want to be away from a... More

We stayed four nights in cabin #1. It was perfect. Bed was comfortable, shower hot. No kitchen but the small refrigerator worked fine and we used our camp stove out in the picnic table. You can hear the creek at night. The best part is the weekend breakfast buffet, all homemade fresh food, it was great! We hiked up to... More

My son and I have passed this resort on our last two fishing trips on Bishop Creek and finally were able to stay here. WHAT A GEM !!! Cute cabins, fun location, quite creek behind most of the cabins, and friendly staff. Only knock would be that a couple of the staff are from eastern Europe and when they work... More

A lovely spot with simple cabins, all pretty close together. The resort policy is for dogs to be "kept on a leash at all times". This policy is ignored and unenforced. Our neighboring dogs barked often at other dogs and people. The dogs owner was very loudly yelling at them to "come here" or "shut up" all of an afternoon... More

Situated just below beautiful South Lake (9,700 feet), Parcher's Resort is offers seclusion and rustic charm with a limited amount of cabins and camping spots. My 10-year-old son and I stayed in Cabin 1 for 2 nights in early July, and it was cozy and comfortable; just enough room for the 2 of us. We took full advantage of the... More

Spent a recent afternoon fishing at South Lake with a group of 10 family and friends. Rented two motor boats from Parchers. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. While we only caught one fish the entire afternoon we had an amazing time on the lake enjoying the stunning beauty of the eastern Sierras. It was great to have a... More

Parchers is an amazing, beautiful tranquil camp site with a stream running through its property. There's a wide variety of hiking trails to choose from. It is located close to Lake Sabrina, South Lake, North Lake & a few other lakes that are loaded with fish. The cabins are nice, comfortable & super clean. Do not expect TV nor internet... More

My family has been coming here since 2001! It's rustic and well run. The hiking is intermediate to advanced due to altitude and steep beauty. The cabins vary in size. Rainbow Pack Station shares the land (horseback riding). Parchers is at 9,400ft elevation, so spend the first day hanging around to adjust before any physical exercise. Hiking? Bring map, water,... Parcher’s Resort Review Stayed late May 2016 before Memorial Day. No doubt the place is booked solid that weekend and throughout the summer season. Very pleasant and informative young fellow at desk when we arrived. Office/store has a delightful wood-buring stove which was just what the doc ordered when we arrived. Smell of wood burning with snow falling outside was... More
