Shore Club exceeded our expectations! I love the property. Being able to walk out in the bay for hundreds of yards made the ocean incredibly friendly. We came to the beach every morning, did activities mid-day and returned to sit on our terrace overlooking the beach in the evening. We debated choosing the "windy" side of the island. It turned out to be the best choice. On hot days when we went over to Grace Bay, it was stifling. Here on Long Bay Beach the breeze kept us always cool while enjoying the warming sun. Also, everything is still minutes away. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They met every custom request we came up with. The grounds are beautiful. Just walking to the lobby is a rich tropical experience. The gym gave us everything we needed to work out. And between the four pools, we had a choice that was just right for every moment. We happened to be here when Tropical Storm Laura was coming in. Our suite felt so secure, we decided to stay. It definitely got windy on the beach and on our ocean-facing terrace. We just moved to a cabana on the Colonnade pool. The design makes this side of the building well-protected. Restaurants and all services continued working perfectly throughout the storm. When we planned our trip, we expected T&C would be a one-time experience to see what it was like, and then we would go on to other destinations. My husband and I were here for 7 nights and it wasn’t long enough!!!!The room itself was extremely clean and luxurious! Amazing bed, linens, bath, etc. Porch view was stunning! Food was so delicious that we ate at the resort 6 out of our 7 nights! Andrew made me the best drink (Pain Killer) that I’ve had in my 51years of life, and trust me, I’ve had a few🤣 The hotel has 2 other sister properties and great guys like Elisier and Kelly shuttle you there for free so it’s was like having 3 vacations in one! Also, PG, our fabulous butler, was so wonderful that she is now like family! Even texted us after we left to see how our trip home was! 😘 Need ANYTHING, she found it for you! My only regret is that I was enjoying myself too much to think to take pictures of all of the friendly staff, as so many other helpful & smiley folks deserve a shout out! I do have a few pics to share, but next time there will be more, and there will absolutely be a next time 🥰 I will end with these three little words... WOW, just wow!…

We stayed in a Villa of this resort from 07/24 to 08/02/2020. We enjoyed complimentary airport shuttle service, poolside cabana, canoe, and sail boat. Peta, the Private Butler assigned to our villa, was very dedicated and efficient. Peta escorted us to our reserved poolside cabana and restaurants. She took care of our reservations for restaurants, tours, horse riding, food deliveries, room services, grocery & souvenir shopping. We simply texted our requests to Peta or talked to her. Complimentary breakfast items delivered to our dining room were sumptuous. [No buffet breakfast due to Covid-19]. All the resort staff members were wearing masks, and were courteous. Villa had a private pool, 6 bedrooms, a media room, breathtaking ocean view living room & terraces, sauna, elevator, washer, dryer, etc. Complimentary wine, soda, still & carbonated water bottles were pre-stocked for us. All rooms had separate climate control panels and full bathrooms with hair dryers and toiletries except lotion. Slippers were provided. [Caution: All the tile floors & marbel staircases were slippery when wet, especially on barefoot. Beware of occasional mosquitos indoor & outdoor] Resort’s beautiful private beach with turquoise water and soft white sands was very attractive. The beach was safe with gentle waves, soft sea beds and shallow water even over 100 feet into the sea from the shore. Only 2 out of 4 restaurants were open during our stay; Sui-Ren & Colonnade. I highly recommend Mukesh at the Dune Spa! Mukesh recommended a customized treatment based on my aches and pains. I had deep knots in my traps and shoulders that I never thought would go away. Mukesh was able to break them up and provide relief. I finally felt free and lighter for the first time in a very long time! He helped relieve tension in my neck and restored my body's alignment. After my spa service I enjoyed taking Mukesh's Yoga classes throughout my stay. My body felt refreshed and rejuvenated thanks to Mukesh! This was the BEST experience! I can not wait to come back! Thank you Shore Club, Dune Spa and Mukesh!

I'm not sure about that but, I see buttler around I think if you have e buttler that's a part of the buttlers job they babysitting also. And you're coming you need to request Marie to be your server she's work at Sui-ren she's the best highly recommend her the hotel it's very beautiful and clean

I would assume so. They have ice at all the bars and restaurants. Ask to confirm but this is a high end place. I’m sure ice is available.
