I booked this place because it was the closest thing available towards Indio. I was staying there for a 3 day concert an hour away because every other place closer towards the location was charging an arm & a leg for a night, while the preferably better hotels were all full. I booked the hotel through Expedia referred from Trivago.... More

Checked in after car broke down, gladly paid first night. Next day at checkout time, told owner we were willing to pay the $10 per extra hour until our car was fixed. Owner said we could only do that for two hours, had to pay an extra night. Reluctantly paid the extra night as we would have been stranded if... More

There are not many hotels in the area, so your decision of where to stay; may have nothing to do with quality. This motel is no exception, the rooms are spacious, but needs to be updated. Or at the very least thoroughly cleaned. They have decent customer service, as the motel is family owned.

The good reviews are totally inflated. This is not 2 star stay. The location is good however very noisy. Checking was okay language barrier but tolerable. Room with a smell that's not appreciable. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets stained and with foul smell. Best to stay somewhere else and spend 20 more dollars.

Makes you feel like a criminal, standing behind glass covered with rules and warnings. They talk to each other in their native language leaving you out of the loop. Reasonable price. View outside window is concrete block wall.

This motel is not readily apparent from I-10, which is unfortunate because it is a nicely appointed, pleasant place. Rooms are spacious, with table and chairs, desk and swivel chair, fridge and microwave. Breakfast is provided and wi-fi is free and reliable. It seems to have been recently painted and is attractively decorated. Furnishings fit well with the room.

The rooms are spacious and clean. Our bed spread was torn in several places. The sheets were thin and the towels dingy. It was still not bad except for the noise. Water running. Toilets flushing. TVs. People talking loudly in the halls and in other rooms. Furniture scraping across the floors above us. We spent 3 nights and didn't get... More

Owner/manager rude and disinterested in anything but $. The adjoining door in our room did not lock, the wall paint was scraped up, headboard crooked and fallen down, Jacuzzi either didn't work, or manager/owner refused to turn on. The tub didn't have a stopper and plate was off, toilet base was dirty, and stained, you could hear the guest above... More

We had to stop for the night because of the weather and this place was right off the freeway. It was clean and spacious and quite reasonable priced. We were traveling with a small dog so they charged an extra ten dollars. The room wasn't carpeted and a bit dated but very clean and everything work. The room had a... More

If one strikes a balance with money and features, then you have a solid 3 star hotel here. Nothing fancy, reasonably clean, all the features are there, refrigerator microwave. Television, not too big, but it works and it was a flat screen, OK. A comfy bed, a few pillows, not a lot multiple chairs, and a very friendly desk. Well... More
