Bed was awful. Fan on the AC unit wouldn't work and every time we tried our socks got wet because the floor in 1/4 of the room was soaking wet. We were too tired (from a horrible night of sleep) to complain in the morning and just wanted to get on our way home. We definitely won't stay here again.

The bedside lamp and clock didn't work in the room. They fixed them the next day. They woke me up twice late at night while they were trying to set up the wake up call (need an education on how to do that), and then when they did get it setup, they appear to have set it up for an... More

There is ample parking. I stayed in room 161. I was very disappointed that they are still utilizing the multi -guest sty bed spreads that a gross reminder of hotel stays of the pre-1980's motel stays. I would like to see this be changed to a modern duvet system. As it was, I threw the bedspread over the green velour... More

located walking distance from the Pruneyard, with numerous restaurants. close to light rail, highway 17, 880, 680 and 280. the motel has some age, but the rooms have been renovated and are large. the complimentary breakfast is exceptionally good. two floors, and with an elevator. would definitely return.

I spent a night at the Campbell Inn while attending to a family matter. The price was reasonable in an area that's becoming more expensive all the time. The hotel is walking distance to both downtown Campbell and the Pruneyard shopping center, so if you need a good meal or want to so some shopping, it's all right there. The... More

My 2 nights were nice. The front desk was very polite and understanding of my late arrival. The location allowed me to take the light rail to SJSU for 2 days of meetings, so I had no traffic or parking problems with a nice walk at each end. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. I'll stay again next trip.

The accessible room on the first floor was really spacious and well furnished. Fantastic roll-inn shower. Nice in-room amenities. The room was right in front of the pool and it was pretty noisy during the day, but the quiet time was strictly enforced and the location was fine. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but it looked very... More

The room had a bit of an odd smell. Even a little skunky. Beds are terrible. And then to confirm that, when we went to sleep and pulled back the covers, one of the beds was damp. Taking the sheets totally off, you could see the bed was bed, as if someone wet the bed. It has soaked through the... More
