This is no resort! It is a bare bones boy scout camp room, with minimal heat and horrible food. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, we left at dawn and found another hotel. It is cold in November and we expected heat. When we complained they said they forgot to turn the heat on, but the room would warm...

I stayed here for 3 nights as part of my tour of Bhutan and found the resort to be lovely, especially the surrounding views of sweeping valleys and golden paddy fields - a great place for avid photographers! The cottage where I stayed was spacious, clean and comfortable with heaters provided for the cold nights . The resort may be...

Our rooms were very spacious compared to normal hotel rooms and clean. Janka is well located just five minutes from the center of Paro with sweeping views of the valley. The food was okay with good wifi connection.

The rooms consisted of several duplex cottages surrounded by very beautiful gardens. It was little outside of town but its location in the middle of rice paddies, surrounding by those mountains created a peaceful and relaxing environment. The rooms were good sized and clean. Service was good. The rear garden was especially beautiful with roses, snap dragons and poppies. There...

We stayed during April 2016 here in this resort for 2 nights. During our trip to Bhutan we stayed in 3-4 hotels/resorts, this one was below par and we were not happy with. In the wash room, water was coming very slowly and the pipes were jammed for shower. even after intimating them couple of times no action was taken...

The hotel management is very poor. The lady has no sense of service and truly does not represent the Bhutanese hospitality. I was disappointed with my tour company for booking me here. The rooms are arranged in two sections - main building and bungalow or outside access motel style rooms around the main building. I stayed in an outside room....

I was wary of the mixed reviews of this hotel on TripAdvisor but went ahead on the recommendation of a friend. I was not disappointed. My room was the central deluxe room on top floor with a 3-side view of the Paro Valley. It was a large spacious room, well heated, wooden floored, king size bed with spring mattress and...

The staff was the best part of a the hotel. They were very kind and hospitable. They food was amazing as well. In one of the rooms, there was a bug infestation and that wasn't prime. Although it was cleared up the next day. We went as a school and we loved the hotel, setting, atmosphere and food.

I checked out of the hotel earlier than I expected because it was not good. It was very noisy even though it is outside town,(Dogs barking, Guest partying all night, loud strolling of bags checking out at 4 AM) Only breakfast food was good. Other items ordered from the menu for dinner were terrible. This is the only restaurant in...

We stayed here for 2 nights during our holiday in Bhutan. It is in a very quiet rural setting outside the town of Paro. We had one of the courtyard rooms, which was very small with no seating area other than the beds, and the bathroom was very shabby with quite a lot of mould. The beds were rock hard,...
