Beautifully perched over the Wang Chu. Rated 4-star, but felt more 5-star. The terrible internet connectivity felt like a regional Paro problem (we had the same in another hotel in the neighborhood, and in the airport) rather than Haven's ... that said, wifi reception on the corner rooms is almost zero. Serves only (very good) Thai food. Alas the bar's... More

It's about 30 minutes drive from the airport with Thai cuisine as their specialities. The room is good and it's peaceful. The service is okay but you love the tranquility it gives because of the location. It's a modern hotel suppose to be rated as star hotel(5) but I really didn't think other wise

My family, including youth and senior, are staying here in Haven resort in Paro Bhutan. It is more like a boutique hotel with a good landscape and design. Most of all, from the room there is a view of Paro city. It is so refreshing if you look out the window, there are a green mountain, paddy fields and valleys.... More

We came across this restaurant while browsing the inflight magazine on Drukair. We wanted to give our guide and driver a good meal for the excellent service that they rendered during our trip. We called ahead to reserve the table. Bhu Thai has a decent menu however all the seafood are not available as the restaurant did not have the... More

Haven resort is about 20 minutes drive from the airport towards the north. It's peaceful and it's in the nature... With the mountains as its background. The rooms are good and the Thai food they serve is okay especially out of Thailand. If peace is what you at looking for then this is the place

This was not our first choice of hotel in Paro, but our first choice was full. We were pleasantly surprised by the room; it was large, airy and well designed, with a raised floor level seating area next to the large window with great views over the valley. The restaurant too made great use of the views. The restaurant only... More

Haven Resort is a well-kept, beautifully clean resort which is situated in the mountainous region of Paro. About 15 minutes to the town centre of Paro, Haven presents itself to be a cozy, comfortable and well-serviced property. The showers were working wonderfully, bathrooms full of amenities and rooms were large. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant with a huge variety of... More

However i bet its definitely not having 5star facilities.be ready forservice people having poor knowledge of english and their uncouth behaviour. N if u have not placed the order for dinner by 9.30 pm they may make u sleep starving.
