We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Koh Lanta from Chiang Mai.

Service when we arrived was lovely and we were able to book a transfer to Tiger Cave Temple through the hotel that was cheaper than what outside services were charging.

Amenities in the room were great and had everything we needed for the night.

Location is right in the centre of the town so it doesn’t take long to get anywhere by walking.

A lovely hotel in an excellent hotel, right in the middle of Krabi. Walking distance to the market, as well as restaurants and bars, although sadly, not much open due to the downtown in tourism as a result of Covid-19 and the borders being closed.

The hotel is modern, very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast unfortunately, was not, but that’s the only downside. Was very disappointed to be given Nescafé in a hotel of this calibre, and the toast was so sweet it was inedible.

Also, bear in mind there is no elevator, so I’d suggest asking for a room only one floor up. That’s what we got and it was fine.

My advice would be to skip breakfast if you stay here, we paid extra and it definitely wasn’t worth it. Other than that, a great hotel and we would definitely stay again.

New modern centrally located hotel. Stayed for one night during our honeymoon as a stop over. On arrival my wife received a bouquet of roses and a platter of fruit to mark the occasion. Very helpful staff. Set breakfast menu. No lift but staff help you with your bags. Great budget hotel, would definitely stay here again.

The Brown Hotel appears to be an unfortunate victim of what would appear from it's review history to have been to open not too long before the start of the pandemic. It deserves to be first port of call for those looking for a simple hotel in the Krabi area. I'm sure it will be when tourism picks up.

Still very new in appearance - pristine and well furnished.

My room had a small balcony overlooking the street below. Even better - this balcony is entirely sheltered from the intermittent rain showers Krabi was enjoying when I visited.

Breakfast wasn't available on the night I stayed, but there are options nearby.

New modern hotel which is located in the heart of the town. the weekend night market is just around the corner, a big shopping centre is also nearby. Stayed for one night before heading to Phi Phi island, and a staff in the front desk kindly helped us to confirm the pick up transfer service we booked. Staffs are very kind and helpful.

We booked this last minute as we missed our ferry to phi phi and would say it’s a wonderful option in Krabi town.

It’s walking distance to everything and the rooms are nice. We had a king size bed and a cute tee pee in the room too! The minibar had waters and snacks for us (complimentary), WiFi worked well and staff were super helpful. Only drawback is there is no elevator and we were on the fourth floor but the staff helped with luggage too!

I was all set to stay here having booked through a well-known agency when I received some very odd looking emails direct from the hotel. These asked me to click a link to give my credit card details. This was completely outside the normal reservation system and looked really dodgy.
So I've cancelled.

An excellent, modern hotel in the heart of the city. Although only there for one night on our way back to Chiang Mai we were so impressed at the service and accommodation. So lovely to have a decent shower and yummy breakfast with both a Thai and European flavour. Amy at reception was so helpful booking taxis and giving us information. She was a treasure. It is a very new hotel and I'm sure will be a popular one.

This is a truly lovely hotel. From the first impression, evreything is as it should be. There is a very nice welcome when you arrive and the room was something special. Not a big room but perfectly proportioned. The bed is "Japanese style" (i.e. on the floor) but extremely comfortable. The room is spotlessly clean with a very nice bathroom. And there are nice little touches such as the fresh coffee - a delight.
The hotel is also perfectly positioned - just a short walk from the Night Market and the River. There are places to eat and drink all around. It was a real delight staying there. Hopefully we will revisit. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay at the Brown Hotel! Clean, friendly, comfortable hotel right smack in the center of town. The room was large and airy and the bed super comfortable. I had read some reviews that the walls were thin and you could hear everything but in my experience other than hearing the people in the room next door open their door, after that I never heard a peep! Great location near to all of the night markets and the river. Definitely try May and Mark on the corner if you have a craving for some amazing wester breakfasts and coffee. Fon, at the front desk, is wonderful and made us feels so welcome, arranged transport for us and always had a smile on her face. Highly recommend his hotel. Look no further!
