I stayed in a freshly refurbished room that could not have been nicer: great views, a spacious, comfortable room and a stylish bathroom. There was nothing to fault.

The room itself was tastefully decorated in muted colours with a comfortable chair and desk to sit at. The bathroom was well lit, with a bath, shower and big fluffy towels.

Little touches made a big difference with a slice of freshly made cake and gourmet teas and coffees.

Breakfast was served downstairs in the dining room. Dawn could not have been more attentive and friendly. There was a range of muesli, granola and fresh juice and the cooked breakfast was one of the best I've tasted.

Superb!

Dawn was the perfect host. Really enjoyed our stay here for one night while visiting parents in Finshade Woods, which is only 15 minute drive away. Booked direct to get advise which room was best for myself and my two older children. Was advised the Wood View room accommodated the spare bed better under the window. Lovely room, chocolate cake on arrival. Breakfast made to order, my children loved the homemade pancakes, fresh scrambled eggs. Felt home from home, nothing was too much trouble; extra special touches - letting us drop our bags off early, refilling our water bottles for journey home. Even came away with some chutney and jam, which was very delicious! Thank you Dawn.

We stayed at Laundimer House for one night as a family group in two rooms: grandparents downstairs in The Birch Trees, two parents and a child in Wood View. Rooms and bathrooms were well-decorated and comfortable. Everything you could want in a B&B, basically. There was home-made chocolate cake in the room! Breakfast was truly excellent. Dawn is a most thoughtful hostess, suggesting local walks and putting out a football for our son to kick around in the spacious back garden. He also made quite a bit of use out of the tyre swing. There's a pond to the side of the house complete with tadpoles. Traveling with kids can always be a bit nerve-wracking if you refuse to stay in a downmarket chain hotel, but our time at Laundimer House was relaxing and fun.

We'd never been to this part of the country before but now that we have, we would definitely return, both to this corner of Northamptonshire and to Laundimer House.

I was warmly greeted and shown into a beautiful room. Everything was spotlessly clean and of good quality. The extra touches such as the choice of teas and the large slice of chocolate cake were much appreciated. A comfortable bed and the peaceful location ensured a really good night's sleep. Very good breakfast. My stay was for only one night but I wished it could have been longer. Highly recommended. I will certainly come again.

Stayed in The Little Stable and it had everything I needed, plus a mini kitchen. Very comfortable, private and warm given the slight downturn in temperature! Breakfast could not have been better: freshly cooked to order with various continental breakfast items also available. Dawn makes everyone very welcome, from messages before your arrival to making sure that you have everything you need. I can thoroughly recommend Laundimer House and will be back next time I am in the area!

The attention to detail in my room was second to none. Home made cake on arrival and a great selection of teas and coffee. The room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished and decorated. Dawn has really thought about what guests might want and need. Breakfast was excellent, and with views out over the countryside I had kestrals and red kites for company. I'm already looking for an excuse to go back.

I stayed in The Little Stable for a couple of nights, and really enjoyed it. It’s well set out, modern and comfortable. I can only imagine that it is a real delight in Summer.
The accommodation is away from the main building, but not too far to walk for breakfast (my full English was delicious). The Little Stable has its own parking bay.
It’s off the beaten track, which isn’t a problem, I enjoyed the peace and quiet.
Facilities wise it had its own fridge (thanks for the milk), double ceramic hob, microwave and all the kitchen utensils you’ll need if you’re staying in to cook.
The bed is very comfortable, and the shower was very relaxing.
It had its own Wi-Fi and Nest controlled central heating.
I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as I did.

Had lovely comfortable room on ground floor at front of the building. Great countryside setting. Host, Dawn was very welcoming and we were given chocolate brownies, which were yummy! Lovely comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Spotted quite a lot of wildlife whilst having breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We stayed 1 night at this beautiful B&B. As soon as we arrived we already wished we booked longer. We stayed in the room ' Wood View ' and it was beautiful! As soon as we walked in we said WOW. Cake on arrival on dressing table, it was lovely and warm, the bathroom is beautiful & modern... the light up mirror, I WANT lol and the main important part.... the bed.... oh wow it was SO comfortable also not to mention really big! The view in the morning and evenings out the window is beautiful too. We had cooked breakfast in the morning and the lady, so sorry I have forgotten your name!, is SO lovely. Couldn't of been any more accomadation. She cooked a stunning breakfast and was on call if needed anything. It really felt like we was at home away from home if that makes sense. If your in the Northamptonshire/Corby way I would defintely recommend staying here. We want to stay in the stable room next time as this looks really cute! We will definitely returning
