Initially I didn't have high expectations, taking into consideration the modest price and the not-so-famous location. I went there with my parents and some friends, predicting a quiet and very calm vacation. The rooms and villa were very nice, clean, including all the facilities required for a nice holiday. The beach was perfect, quiet, umbrellas, bars, sun. The host and...

We were in Villa Yianna in the beginning of September 2016. It's a wonderful place! It's cozy and quiet, the rooms are very clean and have everything you need, from the AC to the kitchen amenities, the beach is so close, with palm-leaf umbrellas and beach banks. But the most important thing are the very friendly and kind hosts, who...

We booked Villa Yianni to have a short beach break in between a holiday in the Pelion and flying home from Thessaloniki. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the accommodation. Excellent facilities in the room for this standard of apartment in Greece with a restaurant, bar, and beach with service all under the same 'roof'. The food in...

Villa Yianna was exactly the place that we hoped for when me, my wife and my 2 year old son went on a 7 days early summer holiday. The apartment we stayed in was clean, relatively small, but very functional and with a beautiful view of the sea. My son really enjoyed playing in the large, grassy yard and the...

We have stayed at Villa Yianna twice (July 2013 and July 2014). At first, we thought the apartment was a bit small for the five of us but after exploring quite a few hotels in Greece, I can tell that the rooms are spacious enough :-) Yes, you may end up using your suitcases as drawers but only if there...

Stayed early September and we all really enjoyed the hospitality and lovely villa offered by the friendly and helpful Kostas, Yianna and Lilia. The location is quiet and relaxing, the clean blue sea and sandy beach on the doorstep! The rooms were basic, but clean. The continental breakfast was a bonus too. We've been in Villa Yianna for 4 nights in May 2013 for the Orthodox Easter. We booked via booking.com an apartment with sea view breakfast included. We arrived at the hotel at 18.00 after 11 hours driving so we were very tired. The owners are very sweet and kind, they provide everything you need. The room was exactly as in...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Villa Yianna is located in a quite sea-side area that is called Nea Mesagkala (in Thessalia), ideal for families with children, as our facilities are right on a sandy beach (just a few steps) and well known for the best quality!! The area is not crowded and this is a very important reason, that the most of our customers are coming more than once and they are fans of our nice place!! Our apartments are able to accommodate up to 4-5 persons each. All of them, consist in 2 separate rooms, with a kitchen available and all the necessary equipment for the preparation of the meals. Every apartment seems to be a small house on the beach, with all the comforts included!!! Except the accommodation, we are also offering breakfast, half or full-board and of course, we should mark that we are really well-known for the delicious tastes and the perfect quality of the products that we always use!!! On the beach, there are sun beds and umbrellas that our customers are able to use and our beach-bar can offer them drinks and coffees anytime!!! ... more   less

“We tried various rooms and the one we loved the most was on the third floor, with a wooden roof. But if you are with small kids, perhaps ground floor rooms would be best.”
