Our group stayed one night and used the conference room for church business meeting. Breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. Room was spacious and the bed was very, very comfortable. The only complaint was the carpet had several large stains and was in need of a shampoo. The courtyard are was great, atrium type.

Lovely staff, charming hotel and a fabulous breakfast. Near to some great eateries & shopping BUT it is a party hotel-noisy and loud😬 I personally prefer a quieter environment but if you need a more social environment then this is your place.

Convenient and relatively inexpensive for business trip to Concord. Very very mediocre hotel. Doesn't appear to have been updated in years. Nothing special about this place. I don't think I'll stay here again. Think I'll stick with nicer hotels in Walnut Creek.

Dear Darlenerohr, Thanks for going out of your way to write a review for us and also for staying at our property. Thanks for mentioning the convenience of our location and value in our pricing. It's regretful though that we weren't able to make sure that your stay was extraordinary and you find our hotel to be outdated. While I...

Just stayed there this past week when I went to Concord for my Aunt and Uncles funeral. It's an older hotel, think it used to be a Sheraton from what I have been told, but has been updated to a certain extent. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. I had requested a first floor room with a...

I am an IHG member and I was very impressed with their beautiful lobby. However, there were a few things I was extremely displeased with. As soon as I walked into my room, it smelled like Marijuana. I did not know how to get rid of that smell. Also, the restroom was extremely small and tight. Are all the bathrooms...

Reasonably priced comfortable room. Nice indoor common area with sun roof. Decent breakfast buffet. We were at an event in Castro Valley but drove to Concord for a better hotel. Hotels in Northern California are over-priced for what you get but this was much better than what we could find in the area. Would stay again.

The hotel is old but has been reasonably well maintained. A series of three story buildings form a rough circle with a large attractive covered courtyard in the center. The courtyard contains the only bar/restaurant in the hotel and a small but well maintained pool and hot tub. We were at the hotel during a ComicCon affair that attracted hundreds...

First of all the there were homeless hanging out by the entrance to our building towards the back. Overlooked that and went up to the room to find dirty carpets and a room with the sketchiest vibe in the world. Didn't even put my belonging down went straight to the front desk and checked out! There was no way I...

Overall the hotel and rooms were nice and safe. The workers were very nice as well. Unfortunately, my room was in a terrible location. It was literally the first one (which every person in the hotel has to pass to get to elevators) and it backed to the large open area where large parties and the restaurant backs to. People...
