The hotel is a little dated and needs some renovations. Rooms have their own patio which are a great touch to enjoy the view and San Diego weather. Bathroom tub was chipped, fixtures older but was very clean. Nonetheless, staff was very, very friendly. Pool cabanas, comfortable lounge chairs, fire pit make for a relaxing place to hang out during...

This Marriott property is outstanding. The customer service from the minute we checked in was way above average. Helpful information was provided on enjoying the property walking path, the different pools on site, taking the ferry over to the U.S.S. Midway and lots of restaurant recommendations. Anytime we asked something of the Marriott staff, we got very special service and...

I've been reading through reviews today. We have stayed at this property 3-4 times a year for many years. We just came back from our most recent stay 2 weeks ago. You can't beat the views or the location. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Yes, the pool is overrun by locals AND kids....

Pool is stunning. Rooms very nice. Guest service very good. Gym could be bigger but on the whole good. Shame the pool bar isn't open later. Gardens maintained beautifully. Lots to see in the local area.

We stayed here over the Labor Day weekend and were very pleased with the resort in all aspects. The service was impeccable, the costs were reasonable, including room service charges, and the location was great. It was within close walking distance to fine restaurants and activities. The view of the bay was great also.

A nice resort with great view of the water within walking distance to town. Breakfast buffet was OK. Room is nice and parking is for extra fee. We stayed during Christmas season so the rate is competitive.

We visited coronado island n late August . The Marriott was a great place to stay. The location is ideal. There was a free shuttle to take us around the island and the ferry to San Diego is within walking distance. The fitness center, spa, and free exercise classes were a real bonus. We rented bikes and on weekends there...

Accommodations very nice. Not a high rise hotel which makes for longer walks which are nice in this quiet family atmosphere. Lots of kids but not noisy even at the pool. Short walk along bayside to shops and restaurants make for a very pleasant stay.

This was our second summer stay at this resort and we had another great stay. The location is just perfect, right on the water with views of the San Diego skyline right across the water. The rooms are large and include a very comfortable bed, sofa and chair. The bathroom is huge with a stall shower and soaker tub. Roomy...
