I stayed for 3 nights with them and I was surprisingly happy with the service and accommodations. I stayed in mountain view balcony room but it was almost as if I was poolside as well, it was so close. Services was great, any problem I had they were immediately attended to. I

Booked rooms but didn't stay. One wasn't cleaned yet when we arrived, the other quite dirty and in bad repair. Curtains dragging on the floor, old linens and fixtures. Front desk staff were helpful but by all appearances sinking with the ship. Owners need to invest a lot and

We were give a nice upgrade to a pool view room. The staff is all so helpful and friendly. There is a lot of upgrades currently under construction, but they are doing it very discretely and quietly. Great time.

Nice clean comfy room! Located at quiet end of town. Wonderful mineral pools. Many temps to choose from. Staff is accommodating and eager to please. Life guards were kind and made sure we were comfy and were happy to answer questions. Nadine & Mel at check in/out were also so

This place gets away with not doing maintenance by calling it retro, having said that, we had an enjoyable day! Swimming, soaking, and sitting in the sun. Bring your own towel. The towel rental is only $1, but they are flimsy little hotel bath towels. No outside food allowed,

We spent the day here so can’t answer to any room concerns, however the staff were very nice, lunch was good enough to go back another day, pools ranged nicely from cold to very hot and it was very affordable. Yes it could use some updating but we weren’t expecting or paying for luxury

I went just to use the pools, and bought a day pass. The price changes depending on what day of the week it is, ranging from 4 bucks for a Monday to weekends still being less than 10 if I remember correctly. So what a great deal. The place is charmingly retro, if you dont mind shabby chic. I cant speak to anything about the hotel, but the staff were all very pleasant.
