This is a former Roadhouse on Rt 180 just south of Kings Canyon. They have just a few rooms available, but when we needed one at the last minute they delivered! If you need a hermetically sealed air conditioned room with HDTV and Internet... Drive on. But if you want a clean room in a unique place for a night... More

This charming country inn has great parking, great location, and wonderful customer service. The rooms have quaint country quilts, comfortable beds, fantastic showers with porches and balconies for relaxing after hiking all day in the park. The owners and staff are wonderful; very friendly and helpful. They make you a nice waffle breakfast and coffee in the morning. When they... More

Cindi is a great host. The placeis old and she is fixing it up as she can. Clean and quiet.o TV or wifi or cell phone service but a nice place to stay before or after a long day in the park. Go down the hill for dinner,13 miles, to the Twin Valley Restaurant and Sports Bar for dinner. A... More

Cyndi's is a small, cute, simple motel that lives like a rustic B&B. It is in a great location about 8 miles from the Big Stump entrance to Kings Canyon Park. Comfortable, clean rooms. Nice bathrooms with great showers. Cyndi and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful with park information and suggestions for dinner. A great... More

This is not a 4 star resort. But what it lacks in modern amenities it Makes up 100 fold in service. It is charming and the owner and staff are adorable. You feel like family. Cyndi, Robert and Jeff will bend over backwards to make you comfortable. Waffles and coffee for breakfast as well. There is not much in the... More

This is a great place to stay. Near the parks! Great value and hosts bend over backwards for you. The breakfast is Waffles which I like so that was good. We stayed 2 nights which is the minimum you need to see both Parks. Each park is a day in itself. The lodge is old and has no cooling but... More

The room was very clean and comfortable. Furnishings are not new, but effort has been spent to make the room pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The attentiveness and helpfulness of staff to accommodate us, from helping my husband find a beer after a long, hot drive and providing refrigeration for our food and ice packs, was appreciated. Pet friendly. Waffles,... More

Stayed here with my family while visiting Kings Canyon. Great location, friendly staff. If you are looking for a generic chain hotel, steer clear. This is a one of a kind place. Great waffles and conversation in the morning. We had a great stay. Wanted proximity to park and this was closest next to an in park hotel (very hard... More

This place is great... We have been at King's Canyon for a few times and have visited all (!) the hotels around in and outside of the park. This one is the best. It's clean (especially the showers are great), it's cozy but the most amazing part is Cindy and her team. I have never been in a place that... More
