This is a very nice Four Seasons with a business location. It overlooks Highway 101 so it is handy for driving, but not much ambience outside the Hotel. My wife & I were in town for a wedding. Service was excellent and the room very nice. It was totally quiet even with the highway not far away. The bar was...

This was probably the cleanest hotel room and bathroom I have ever been in. Service was exceptional at check in and departure. The room is extrmely cofortable and modern. The dining room is expensive for what you get, but the quality of the food was very good and the dining room staff was exceptionally attentive.

Nothing exceptional or remarkable about my stay, not an amazing Four Seasons experience, but perfectly acceptable. They are still in the course of a major renovation so there is currently no lobby to speak of, the construction can be noisy and the entrance is sort of just an awkward hallway. But this is all short term. Almost all the rooms...

I'm a Four Seasons / Ritz Carlton type of traveler, but on this trip we were going casual...but... But, this was the last day of a 10-day wine tasting/waterfalls/horseback riding/sunset beach picnic, etc. vacation....so, I wanted our last night to be special, and the superb service from everyone at the Four Seasons in Palo Alto, made this not just special,...

We had looked forward to our Four Seasons stay but were met w/some disappointment as our room was not personalized as requested online. We were also given a room on a low floor that overlooks the roof of the adjoining building when the hotel seems to have vacancy! We were also surprised to find that the ice bucket in our...

Hi pickietraveler, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience with us. We make every effort to accommodate personalized requests for higher floors and it is disappointing to know on this chance occasion that we were unable to fulfill your request. Thank you for informing us about the melted ice in your ice bucket. Ice buckets in...

There may be hotels that are more conveniently situated to Silicon Valley or Stanford University, but there are none that have the level of service and luxury that the Four Seasons has. From the moment you pull up in your car at the valet, the staff is waiting to provide a level of service rarely achieved by any other hotel....

First, let me say I had no issues with the service. All of the employees were professional, yet friendly and attentive, as I've come to expect at every Four a Seasons property. That said, the property is unimpressive. We're staying in a smaller suite, and the furniture is what one might expect from a Marriott or a Sheraton level property....

Although this is definitely a hotel geared for business people, we really enjoyed out short stay at the Four Seasons. We have stayed at many in different cities, and this one lives up to the name Four Seasons. When we checked in, there was fresh popcorn, candy and a free movie pass for my teenage son. That was a very...

Nice room, great service. Bar had a good selection. Held an onsite meeting in the hotel - great experience. Not a lot immediately around the hotel, but had no reason to leave. Easy access for local commuters.

This was the second time I stayed at this location and it was amazing. Great service from the time I pulled up to the hotel. Friendly valet, wonderful front desk, greeted with complementary champagne, modern warm designed lobby, wonderful view and clean sophisticated room and bathroom design. Did not experience any noise problems even though they were remodeling. If I...
