My friend and I stayed at this campground for one night, we would have stayed more if they had any campsites open for the night. I appreciate the "adult" section toward the back of the campground. When you're camping, you're not going to sleep well. The campground is situated in a narrow canyon and noise travels. There are several group camp sites where 4 or 5 tents/cars were situated. Despite what the website says, "If you want to party" this IS the place to go. Large groups talking in loud voices or singing with guitar at...

I selected Schoolhouse Canyon Campground based on no particular reason. My three kids (all under 9) and I spent three nights and four days midweek. The campground itself was great! If you are in the lower numbered campsites (I was in #6), then you are closer to the highway, but that is no big deal. Just don't expect quiet like...
