Our room was very nice and it had a refrigerator and a very comfortable bed. They were also very accommodating and let us check in early and had the rooms to let us check out a little late do to our plane leaving later. We would stay there again. Oh their restaurant was also very good. They had Duck taco...

Nice rooms, nice amenities although the fitness center is very small. Very nice buffet breakfast included. One criticism were the dirty dishes that sat in our hallway for over 12 hours (during the morning and afternoon)

Beautiful decor, friendly staff and great food make this an excellent place to stay prior to and after trips out of LAX. The only thing they could improve on would be to offer a shuttle to LAX. Twice when I have stayed here they upgraded me to a suite! Get the room that includes breakfast. It is a very nice...

Beautiful hotel. Peaceful in spite of busy surroundings. I was pleasantly surprised by the richness of the decor in the lobby and my room. The hallways were as elegant as the magnificent staircase. Already planning another stay!

My husband booked this for my business trip, since he has stayed there many times. It was so beautiful I was blown away. I loved my room, so cute and the large mini fridge made it convenient to walk a few blocks over to the grocery store to pickup snacks while I worked in the room and before I headed...

We stayed at the Ayers Hotel for one night upon our arrival in Los Angeles. It was a great stop for the one night. The location was excellent; many restaurants, shopping and easy to get to as it is just off the freeway close to the airport. The lobby was lovely. The rooms are a little dated as was the...

My family stayed at the Ayres Hotel at Hawthorne as it is very close to the Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center. It is a fantrastic property! The hotel is super clean and fresh - has a wonderful restaurant on property and the decor is warm and tastefully done. Real wood buring fireplaces in the lobby and the room rates include...

I have 2 very young children. A 2 years old and a 5 months old. The hotel was hosting a party on Saturday night and the horrible music with bass that literally shook the building went on and on until midnight. When we called the front desk to ask the receptionist at first stated that the event will continue until...

Dear brianr757 - Thank you for your candid review of our hotel. I am so sorry that your experience with us was anything less than exceptional. But the staff has much to improve. Not very helpful; friendly, yes, but not very helpful. Different agent gives different answer. Accounting department work only 2-3 hours a day if they show up? Could not find assistance and will not call back. Same goes for general manager. When checking out, be sure to check out properly with paperwork in hand....
