Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Part of the reason to go to B&Bs is to get some peace and quiet, a good breakfast, and nice people. You won't get any of these things at Hearts Home. When we arrived, we were notified that there was a wedding. What we were not told, is that the wedding would be about 50 ft from our cabin window with loud music and people running through the cabin lawn and looking in the windows. Good luck trying to get some peace and quiet. We were then delivered our breakfast for the next day which for two people consisted of one small omelet (maybe two eggs) and a glass of juice. When we asked for another omelet we were told that they would not accommodate us. When we complained about the noise, they said that we had been notified of the wedding. I don't know when we were supposed

My daughter was married at Hearts Home Farm, June 2011. From the beginning planning until the last dance, the owners were very professional and helpful. Every detail was taken care of and nothing was overlooked. This was a very stress-free event! Thank you to Hearts Home Farm for making this wedding so successful. All of our guests said it was a perfect wedding. We were really pleased with everything from the ceremony, the catering, the DJ, the photography, and the waitstaff. Everyone affilliated with this venue helped make this special day a great memory for all of us. Thank you!!!!

My daughter had here wedding here in May. The grounds are very beautiful and the service was great. The Bed & Breakfast Cottage was so quaint and the breakfast was yummy! There are hidden chocolates in our B&B, somewhere, but we did not find them. "Will be Back!" :]. The cost for her wedding was very reasonable. It was almost 1/2 the cost of any of the wineries we looked at. The staff there where very friendly and professional. The owners made it feel like we were planning our wedding with family. My daughter wanted to get married in the Temecula Wine Country, but all here friends told her she needed to check out Hearts Home Farm. Thank you so much for making my daughters wedding a beautiful memory. I will tell EVERYONE!

My daughter got married there this last May, and the service was horrible. The staff was very unfriendly. If you want a wedding thats relaxing and able to mingle with your guests this is not the place to do it. everything is rushed and has a time limit and a PRICE! The grounds are lovely but there has to be something else in the area that would have the same atmosphere with great service at least friendly service. We arrived 10 mins early with all the fresh flowers and we were told "oh well your early and 10 mins is 10 mins, anyone in the wedding business knows time will vary within a few minutes with things being delivered. All I can say is VERY BAD SERVICE.

We planned on having our wedding there. we were going to by a more expensive package but found out shortly after making our deposit we were expecting a baby. we called and spoke to an employee who said we had to talk to the owner about downgradining to a package around $650, but he thought it wouldnt be a problem.....well i guess it was too much to ask he said he had already turned people down for that day even though we wanted to move it ahead 6 months which gave him 18 months to fill the date he wouldnt budge, and yes he kept our deposit. it is a pretty place though.

My friends got married here in mid October. We both agreed that it was a very nice place visually, however the service was pretty bad. First of all they schedule multiple events in a day, not uncommon, but the way every thing was handled felt very much like an assembly line. The bridal party was kicked out of the room as soon as they walked down the aisle, they disputed the fact they told us we could drop of the beer/wine/ice early (they had), and were generally rude. For someone who drops almost 10k on a wedding you can do a lot better. As far as the lodging itself, I have to admit the rooms are really cool. We stayed in the back cottage and had a very nice stay in the room. Things went fine until I learned that the "meal" consisted of some omelets that had been stuck in

I don't often take time to write a review but this spot is so spectacular that I had to say something. We celebrated our 40th anniversary with a night at Hearts Home Farm. We had a private cottage all to ourselves that was so thoughtfully decorated and equiped. The search for hidden chocolate made the stay even more intriguing but sadly we will have to return to look further. Our hosts were most kind and helpful. Really, this place deserves your attention if you want a special get away place.

Hearts Home Farm is a welcoming B&B that instantly made us feel like friends. Beautiful trees, twinkle lights and chimes fill the whole property. Each cottage is unique and home-like. We stayed in the Sweetheart's Loft. It was the perfect size for 2, with all the ammenities you need: fridge, microwave, TV, DVD player and a comfortable bed. The crowfoot tub is really fun but showering took some coordination! Everything is very well kept and clean. The drive to wine tasting in Temecula was about 20 minutes but when comparing pricing it was well worth it! Will definitely return if in the area to explore the other cottages!

Of all the Bed and Breakfasts we have visited, this one by far is truly WORLD CLASS! Words cannot describe the beauty of the location or the kindness and helpful nature of the staff. The experience we had there we will remember for a lifetime. We live in Jacksonville FL and booked Hearts Home Farm for our wedding site after looking at wineries and chapels in the Temecula area and the Inland Valley. We decided firstly based on the pictures on line, They were gorgeous, then on its proximity to Sun City ( my grandmother lives there and is 86 years old. She does not travel well ). Neither my grandparents nor any of their friends knew of Hearts Home ( all of them knew the location ) but they did not know what peacefulness and beauty lay just a few feet off the road behind the

My mother and I booked a room at Hearts Home Farm B&B this past weekend. We were in Hemet , California, for a birthday party and I found HHF online while looking for a non-corporate unique and charming place to stay. I certainly found it! HHF consists of several quaint cottages dating back as far as 1890. The cottage I stayed in was the HeartKeepers House - the largest of the cottages. It was like stepping into an old hobbit English cottage. The architectural details was so unexpected! The decor was charming, the breakfast was divine and the hospitality was super! My mother says she has not slept so well in years. Larry and Ana provided privacy while still offering a personal touch. From turning on the evening lights to the wonderful soundtrack of French music softly
