We were looking for a nice, peaceful, quiet weekend away from suburbia and The Lodge at Pine Cove did not disappoint! We stayed in the Lily Room, and were pleased with the homey accommodations. Waking up to sunshine, birds singing, squirrels playing and chattering was worlds away from our busy lives - perfect for enjoying and relaxing! Geary and Lori,... More

The Lodge is at about the 6000' elevation mark and approx. 4 miles outside of Idyllwild. The first year we stayed in the Lily Room which is the largest of the four. The... More

Gary is very helpful and recommended the best place for dinner. The home cooked breakfast made every morning special. The atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. We will... More

We decided to stay at the Lodge at Pine Cover initially for the price -- at around $100/night with free parking and breakfast, it was just the ticket for a quick getaway over Memorial Day weekend for our annniversary. It's about 3 miles from Idyllwild proper (anout a five minute drive in fog) but miles away from the commute/stress of... More
