Spin & Margie's is a great b&b in a great area! We had contact with Mindy before our stay and she was very helpful and informative. I would describe the b&b as kitschy chic in a very endearing way. Although it is a b&b, it is run a bit more like a hotel in the sense that there is not...

I was planning a weeks vacation to Joshua Tree to take photos and do watercolors. An old friend from LA recommended Spin and Margie's Desert Hideaway. Suite #3 was perfect for me because it had a very pleasant main room with charming Southwest decor and great light. The suite was very clean and had a kitchen with the appropriate tools,...

Just got back from our second stay at Spin and Margie's. The place is truly special. Kitschy, fun, comfortable. It is our most favorite getaway...Joshua Tree is a magical place in and of itself, but combine it with a stay at Spin and Margie's and it's pretty close to perfection. The grounds are awesome...so many places to sit and relax,...

Our stay in Suite 1 was fabulous - perfect spot to access multiple entry points into the park for beautiful hikes and vistas. The room was comfortable, warm, and beautifully furnished, and the kitchen was so well stocked. Highly recommend!

We had a terrific experience. Margie was there when we needed her and not at all intrusive. Arrival was easy, the directions were excellent, and the location was perfect for us. The park was close by. The space was perfect for us - sleeping, reading on some comfy chairs, kitchen with eat-in table, and bath with shower & tub. Definately...

We stayed in Suite 1 and it had everything we needed for a great 3 days in the desert. We had 2 days of rain so took advantage of the living room for hanging out and made use of the well stocked kitchen. Beautiful décor with high quality linens and towels. Overall a delightful place to stay!

"Casita" studio was nicely designed with beautiful colors and outdoor patio, and adequate coffee maker/refrig set up. Great suggestions for food and shopping in the area. Joshua Tree trails are within a short drive, and good breakfast places are nearby so I did not miss microwave. Mindy is a friendly and accessible host.

Spin and Margie's was a great little find for a few days away hiking and climbing around Joshua Tree National Park. It's location makes it so easy to access the West entrance to the park where there is great hiking and bouldering within minutes from the gate. We had Cabin #5 and loved it. Nice mid-century/lost in the wild/ecclectic vibe...

We absolutely love this place and will definitely stay there again if we revisit Joshua Tree. The place is so charming and the owners made sure we had everything we needed. They even made sure the outdoor grill was ready for our use to grill our Christmas dinner! From the first phone call to make my reservation I could tell...

Spin and Margie's was beautiful, clean and simple. It was a great place to stay while hiking and exploring Joshua Tree with our family. The little house had everything we needed and check in and out was easy. I would recommend it and stay there again myself!
