About 10 minutes from the beach. Can't fault the location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Where improvement is necessary is in the lack of modernisation and maintenance. The hot/cold water mix was not working properly, and was either too hot or too cold, and the water pressure was very low. This could not be repaired over two days. On my...

Stayed here for a week. Great staff, friendly and helpful and had breakfast every morning! I just seemed to be able to hear every door bang and people outside! Not really hotels fault but just spoilt it slightly for me.

This place has the fastest wifi I have even seen - 20MB up and downloads. The staff even put in a dedicated LAN line into my room for me as I was staying for business visits periodically. If there is any issue with the room such as air con leaks, they rush to fix it immediately. Further, this hotel has...

Booked this hotel through booking.com, took it because its near the dive shop in Sihanoukville and near restaurants. The room we booked was the family room at 90 USD. We arrived at 7pm after a long and dizzying boat ride and a short walk to this hotel. I was disappointed at how the lobby was quite shabby but it was...

Excellent location - very close to centre and ferry/beach but on a relatively quiet street. Friendly helpful local staff. Room modern, comfortable and spacious. Pool small but tidy and functional. Very nice atmosphere to the place. Fantastic value. Food bad - unfortunately typical of Khmer hotels catering for westerners. Tip: try to eat at genuine Khmer eateries. Not easy with...

Like some of the previous reviews, i found the rooms to be dirty...I even had blood stained sheets the first night that they had to change again. Wifi doesn't work in rooms, shower leaks and lots of noise from central area. The staff were friendly and tried to help but it's over priced for what it is. I booked 4...

This hotel is average. It wasn't particularly clean, lots of dust on shelves. Staff were friendly and food and breakfast were nice. Rooms weren't noisy for a central location. Location was good for restaurants and bars.

If you are looking for an overrated nasty hotel...this one is for you. A/Con didn't work properly. Shower leaked onto bathroom floor, improper water drainage and waste (crap water) coming back through drain in bathroom floor. The beds are like sheets wrapped around a flat rock. Yes, hard as can be. How do you sleep on that? What really confused...

We stayed for 2 nights and things went well. The hotel is located with numerous shops, restaurants and bars nearby and is a short walk down the hill to the jetty. The room was clean and everything worked.

Travelling budget+, it's good to find an oasis to re-charge, clean up and feed up for a couple of days. The Coolabah allows you to do exactly that. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, the restaurant offers good food at a reasonable price and the pool's an added bonus. In addition, its location is ideal for those setting off to...
