This is a very good place to stay. The rooms are big, clean, with large bathroom, hot water and air con. The manager Dave is a very nice aussie guy. We had a great stay here. Dave was really helpful and the Khmer staff were also great with helping you with whatever you needed. The location is good, about a 8-10 minute walk to the beach. There's a good selection of bars near by (Monkey Republic and Led Zephyr) and some great restaurants too (Pure and Sadan). Dave was great...

We booked through booking.com. We stated on the request that we needed a late check in after 20:30 as we were arriving by bus (we even said it may be several hours after 20:30) this was confirmed by booking.com and was printed quite clearly on the confirmation... It was therefore a surprise to arrive at 21:50 to find they had...

The staff aren't great on English but hey we are in Cambodia and they just go get someone who can help. what ever you need Dave is your man :) clean and quiet place in the heart of the action and a great rate. After another hotel "sold" my pre-existing reservation to a different customer for more money, I found myself homeless and wandering the streets and numerous hotels near Serependipity Beach on Christmas Eve.
