I travelled alone to Noboribetsu in Oct 2013 and stayed at this establishment for one night. The Room is fairly big by Japanese standard. The other negative thing is that wifi is limited to the lounge and not available in the rooms. Other than that this it is superb hotel and the service is excellent with...

The humble staffs bowed to us wherever we went. Shoes were kept at the front office and promptly brought back to us when we were ready to go out of the ryokan, without having...
