The grounds were clean and the staff was helpful. It will be better when ALL the attractions are finished and ready for the guests to use. My only gripe is without all of the attractions up we still got charged the premium as if they were finished. Oh and I got charged a $15 lock in fee to select my...

The stay was extremely enjoyable. Rooms were very clean. Nice accomodations. Store, restaurant, bar and staff, all very nice. Grounds were clean as well. Our family rented about 6 cabin's. We had an RV and tent also. Even a visit from Yogi Bear himself. A wonderful experience. Going again real soon.

This campground was average. Half of the amenities were under construction so a lot they "offer" was not open. They did not mention that when I booked. It will be great with two pool areas and three playgrounds, once they open up in May.

We had a great time. Love the activities they had for our 6 year old daughter. Site was Super great also. The restaurant is excellent and new play areas are very nice. The trash pick up is nice and every one of the staff was great during our stay.

Visited with a large group of friends over a 3 day holiday weekend. Half of the people were in cabins, half brought their own trailers. Our trip started off by being happily greeted at the registration office.....very friendly & polite. We were treated very nicely by all staff members thru out our stay and they were very attentive to our...

Very narrow site, all dirt ringed with weeds. Ours and adjacent sites had ill-fitting sewer caps that meant a slightly off-putting smell when outside. Loud music from trailer park behind, loud music from site further down the row, well past "quiet hours" posted in registration paperwork. Truck of teens doing laps, whooping and hollering at 11PM. According to clerk, big...

First off, this isn't a hotel, it's a campground with a few cabins to rent. This review is in regards to our camping experience only. Over the 16 years we've been going to the Tower Park Resort/Marina, we've had a lot of experiences from great to not so good. Most of the not so good experiences had nothing to do...

We drove up to Rio Vista to purchase a travel trailer. Well..............everything that could go wrong did, EXCEPT us being able to stay at this KOA!! We limped in with a bent axle and NO knowledge of how to set up a 24ft travel trailer, but the folks around us were great! the staff welcomed us, and got us all...

There were a lot of camper's this past Father's day at this KOA on the delta. We were in the back part of the KOA. If you had a motor home or self contained camper, there wasn't a problem about the bathroom usage. The community facilities were not in good shape. The women's had 4 comodes & 4 shower stalls....
