Stayed there. The staff were very nice. We arrived after midnight after a long drive. Bed was a bit small. Gym had very few options. Apart from that, the hotel is very pretty and the service is very friendly. Ruth and Michael Haephrati (and the bear)

We loved this casino and hotel. The hotel was very clean, modern and updated. The beds were comfortable and it had a very spacious bathroom with plenty of counterspace and nice big shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is parking underneath the hotel and close to an elevator that takes you right up to your room which was...

Unfortunately there are not a lot of really "decent" places to stay up in this area. I found Bear River Casino Hotel, which is only a few miles from where family lives. Nice accommodations - only down side is when you are in the lobby you can smell the tobacco smoke from the casino and that is great. Outside of...

Great find on our road trip. Our room was excellent and provided us with a restful night's sleep. Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay as well as the casino and breakfast in the restaurant. Be sure to ask for first time guest perks.

What a lucky find for us! A beautiful room and great meals in the restaurant. We appreciated the covered parking underground on a very rainy night. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we first arrived there was a problem with our room. The adjoining guests were using some of that wacky tobacky that's...

We are seniors on a trip down the west coast from Sequim on the Olympic Penninsula to I10 to get us east to Phoenix area. On thanksgiving eve we found ourselves approaching this haven in northern California and receiving recommendations that we should really settle down for two nights because getting accommodations the next day could be tricky. We did...

We enjoyed our stay at Bear River. Room was nice and clean and the service was very accommodating. The casino offered some first time guest perks that we took advantage of. We will stay here again! The restaurant at the casino was a whole different experience. Very pricey, not very friendly, very dark and menu had a lot of what...

After two (ahem) less expensive hotels the previous nights Bear River was a world better for only a few dollars more. Bear River would have been really nice under any circumstances. Close to Redwoods, Pacific Ocean, lots of other stuff in the area. Very glad we stayed here rather than another "bargain" in Eureka. Nice enough casino (we came out...

This is the nicest hotel for miles. New. Clean. Casino. A destination for this area. If you plan on being in the area this is a nice place to stop and stay to enjoy casino and hotel amenities. Have been there several times.

I was somewhat skeptical of staying in a casino hotel, but our friends said they have been there a number of times and recommended the hotel. We were not disappointed. A lot of nice features; granite counter in bathroom, micro and frig, spacious room and underground parking.
