On arrival after a an 18 hour journey door to door - be be told - greeted by an unfriendly staff member - told to 'come back in 2 hours' Location no good if wanting to explore the centre of LA. Overall impression - Cheap.

Very average hotel.
Needs a major upgrade, very run down hotel.
Personally I didn't feel safe in the hotel. It's not a good sign when the hotel reception guy is speaking to from behind bullet proof glass window making feel like a criminal.
