Downtown
Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering buildings, bustling streets, and industrial warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of cultures here with a growing influx of business professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts, bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly. Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants in the city leading the LA foodie scene, plus it is the location of cultural and sports venues including the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the Staples Center, and the Coliseum at the University of Southern California.

I must have an outdated view of Sheraton hotels, but I recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand in LA due to it's proximity to the location where I needed to attend a business meeting. Now that it's part of the Marriott family of hotels, I opted to stay there with a little

Stayed here and had a restful night before the March. Had a wonderful check in experience with Jeff. He filled us in on what might have changed since our last stay. Everyone at the hotel was lovely! We’ll be back!

Love this hotel, warm, friendly, fully renovated, and comfortable. Great Downtown Hotel, it is the only one I book when in DT Los Angeles.. Also MINNIE, who has worked the Concierge Club Lounge for years is fabulous! Adorable, pleasant, friendly and runs a great club lounge!

As DTLA continues to dramatically change, the Sheraton Grand LA remains my mainstay hotel venue. Convenient and safe, the hotel staff makes all the difference. Miguel @ the front desk somehow remembers me every time I check in! Gladys on is the main reason I choose the 3rd

Have stayed several times since the remodel. The lobby is inviting, the gym is excellent (equipment always working, decent variety, great view), and the staff is always keen to help. The rooms are of high quality for a Sheraton. Wish the bathrooms were larger, and the rooms are

I would say to always be aware of your surroundings, day or night. But I am comfortable with the metro during the day — late at night I would suggest Uber or Lyft just for comforts sake.

It's pretty safe in and around the hotel, however, I would not venture out past 2 blocks from the hotel's perimeter because the neighborhood gets sketchy after venturing farther than 2 blocks away from the hotel. Hotel security is good so no worries there. There is great shopping within safe walking distance.

We stayed on the club level and have SPG Gold status so we normally get free WiFi. If you don’t have SPG gold I’m not sure but there is free WiFi in the lobby for sure.

It depends on your budget and your points associated with a particular Hotel brand so that you can earn points or miles. In LA, staying at the downtown Los Angeles is very expensive. The nightly parking is around $48. You may also search from the online hotel booking to get some ideas.

Do you have electric vehicle charging available?
I used Valet so I wouldn't be able to answer that question. You might want to give them a call. But I'm thinking they don't have.

"Nice views the higher up you are"
"Just ask desk service , there is a very cheap rail service under this building"
"Some rooms have a private patio."
"Stay away from the elevator if a light sleeper."
"Ask for a room facing East, otherwise you're looking right into an office building. Also, the suites are on the elevator shaft."
