We stayed in Bridalveil and very much liked it - had a complete kitchen, dining area and bed in one very big room. Also had a bathtub which I appreciated after hiking at Yosemite. The room could use better soundproofing. There wasn't much traffic at night so traffic sounds weren't a bother but I could easily hear the next door...

We stayed here for two nights so we could visit Yosemite. We are a family of four and the room was massive, very clean, comfy beds and a great location. The town is really quaint with plenty of places to eat and drink. It only took us an hour to drive to the valley floor and I'm pleased we stayed out of...

In a 10 day trip to the USA this was the cheapest hotel we stayed at and the best value. It did exactly what we wanted. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Mariposa is gorgeous little town and a great springboard for Yosemite.

We got here late at night and was instructed by the owner (I suppose) via text message on how to get into our room. Since the due was already paid for, we didn't have to go through check-in not check-out. The inn was conveniently located in the town, and has a very charming look. The distance to Yosemite is also...

Thank you for your kind review. Yes, while we have some lovely large full suites we do keep a couple smaller lower budget rooms for guests who are on the run! No need for expensive large rooms if you are just sleeping and heading to Yosemite for a day of hiking! Our front desk greeter is available until 9 pm...

We stayed here in March, 2016, so we could be in relatively close proximity to Yosemite National Park. We had 2 good sized queen rooms, which were bright and airy, lovely and clean. There is no "reception" as such, although someone was around when we arrived. If they are not there, you contact them by courtesy phone and they give...

We spent Two nights in 5th Street Inn during a recent visit to Yosemite in the Sequoia Suite. The room was plenty large enough for the four of us with Two large beds and a fold out sofa-bed. The room was clean although quite dark and the side door opens out onto a messy unused walkway to gain access to...

The pros: - It's about an hour to Yosemite but so much cheaper than the accommodations in the park (unless you are camping) - Big room with a mini fridge, microwave & coffee machine - Relatively clean - Wifi was great The cons: - Soundproofing could be better - Rather charmless but for the price you pay, can't expect too...

Thank you for your review. You will be happy to hear that Room 204 is literally closing its doors this week and going through a complete remodel which includes MOVING the door away from reception! In a month it will be a brand new room!

Warm and cosy accommodation, close to Yosemite and in the lovely town of Mariposa. Slightly older furnishings which had a great feel, very private and a lovely view from the room. We arrived late and called ahead. The room was warm and ready for us on arrival.. Very nice. :) Highly recommended to all!

Room is very nice, so is the bathrrom. Wi-fi worked very well and the hotel staff, although not locally present at the hotel, were very helpfull via the phone and we don't really needed them there for anything. If you are there to visit the Yosemite, you should consider this place as a base for a visit, since it is...
