Very comfortable stay, especially after my 25 hour trip from Bangkok, Thailand. After three weeks of a extra firm bed in Asia, the bed at this location was "heavenly!" Staff was friendly and helpful; the room had everything I needed. Parking was a little tight.

This isn't a 5* property but worth consideration, especially if you can get a good rate. We had the handicapped room, which is likely larger than some of the others. Overall, our room furnishings were as good or better than some big chain hotels, like Hilton. Decent furniture, good TV, a mini frig (in our room at least), clean. Beds...

I was disappointed with our night yesterday at the Dylan. By what I read here I expected a more or less no frills but friendly hotel that was clean and comfortable - not entirely so. The good: comfortable beds, though small-- our room had 2 doubles For a couple, not what we requested, but flights were badly delayed (4+ hours)....

Our conference was scheduled during a time when there was a large conference and prices were through the roof. We found The Dylan to be reasonably priced and very conveniently located near the Bart and airport. The hotel has been upgraded and bathrooms are small but modern. Beds are comfortable our room had a refrigerator and microwave and large screen...

We stayed here to avoid sleeping in the airport before an early flight, and were very pleased. It's comfortable and reasonably quiet for something so close to the airport. There is a shuttle every half hour to the airport (which you need to sign up for when you check in if you're going early.) It's also less than a 5...

My husband and I stayed at the Dylan for one night after arriving on a late flight from the east coast. The Dylan is about a 5 minute cab ride from SFO. Our room was clean and comfortable. The motel was undergoing renovations to the lobby/breakfast room so the lobby was in a bit of disarray--that said the guy at...

This was my second stay and both times found the hotel to be convenient and comfortable, with good service. The hotel is a short drive from SFO airport and also located a very short walk to a BART station with easy connections to the airport and downtown San Francisco. The hotel is a converted motor lodge with rooms that have...

Excellent customer service & housekeeping, location is best in Millbrae for easy access to Caltrain and Bart, shuttle service to and from SFO, however if you arrive by automobile the parking on site is very limited and stalls are made for smart cars and fiat 500's.

The Dylan is a quaint hotel near SFO. The rooms are small, but comfortable for a night. We spent the night here in preparation of a early morning international flight. Shuttle service was fast & reliable. Will consider this hotel again if flying through SFO.

In Millbrae right in the center of many excellent Asian restaurants within walking distance. Secure parking extra but the fee is minimal considering your vehicle is behind a locked gate. FYI book with hotel directly and save money. I used Expedia but will not do that again for hotel or air. This is an older, remodeled building but tastefully done...

They offer free parking for your night of stay; however, no car is necessary as they are within 100 yards of the Millbrae BART (rapid transit)/Caltrain station-your gateway to San Francisco and the Silicon Valley. If you enjoy unwinding in front of the TV, you'll love watching HBO on the 40 inch LCD flat screen TVs that they've provided in each guestroom. Their modern all American made furniture adds a touch of sophistication to their room design and unlike most hotels, they've incorporated ample USB ports and electrical outlets into every headboard and desk as they know the importance of staying connected to loved ones and colleagues. Their stunning new bathrooms feature spacious showers with imported Spanish porcelain tile, frameless glass shower doors and relaxing rain showerheads. For over 2 decades, they have been committed to offering their guests a quality stay at an extremely competitive rate.
