Stayed here because I love Embassy suites across the country. They always have great breakfast, comfortable rooms, good happy hours and fantastic staff. The only thing this one has was a great staff. The rest was pretty bad. The carpet in the room was dirty. The housekeeping only came twice in a 5 day stay and only by request and when they came only made the bed placed new towels in in the room. The room was left dirty with all the trash and food from previous days. The food at the hot breakfast area was bacon, eggs, French toast and potatoes. The French toast was literally slices of bread cut up and maybe barely dipped in egg and somewhat cooked. I mean don’t know what else to say? The staff was amazing but too bad that’s not the point of the stay. I’m looking for a comfortable bed, clean room and good food. That was not here at this hotel.

Good location as it is about 15 minutes from the SJC airport. Shopping center and many local eateries within a 10-15 minute walk for easy shopping and for a good selection of food choices. During this period of stay at the hotel, there is a $15 per day for parking, which may have some guests think twice before selecting the hotel or arrange different transportation accommodations.

This hotel was fine. The heating and cooling is uncommon for a hotel experience but not unbearable. The food options were cheap and bad cafeteria level food. There are signs everywhere that the bar opens and has tapas or appetizers but the bar is only open three nights a week and for an hour maybe two and there are no menus to tell you what you can order. The hotel and the hotels website says they have room service but there are no menus no way to figure out when or how to access that it’s very difficult to use all of the amenities that this hotel says it has. Not to mention the bed was not the level of comfort I would expect from this level of hotel. If you want to bed that’s hard as rocks or basically a plywood then this is your hotel.

The staff for the most part was really kind and very welcoming in particular with the girls at the front desk. We did have some money taken from our room that wasn’t meant to be a tip for the cleaning staff but I guess they assumed it was so I didn’t try and fight it they just got a tip. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was great.

I planned a staycation birthday party for my 15 year old twins; We had 2 suites and it was great. The kids loved the pool, breakfast and parents loved the reception with complimentary drinks and snacks! Recommend for everyone!! The renovations were great.

The hotel was under construction but there was not mention on the web site. There was loud noise everyday even in the weekend. The centralized AC does not allow individual room to set temperature therefore, it was cold during day time and hot at night. They charged $15 per day for parking but the space is too small even for a compact car. The room amenity is terrible, Internet was too slow and not working on the last day. The bathroom light went out. They charge a $168 per night for Sat and Sun then jacked up to over $300 per night for Monday and Tuesday.

Dear Ambassador245057, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience about your recent stay at our hotel. As a Hilton Honors member, you are among our most valued guests. We are so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us mostly because of renovation noise. We also want you to know that we have already addressed all your other issues with the related departments and we hope that you will stay with us again after we completed our full room renovation. Thank you again.

No heat in hotel for multiple nights. Guests wearing winter coats zipped up at hotel bar. Arrogant management.
You're better off staying at a motel 6 or hotel you rent by the hour. Tried to escalate - front desk staff and Amy (whoever she is) completely useless and condescending. This review is coming from a traveler who spends 150 nts/year in hotels. Good breakfast, particularly if you're homeless.

The room was freezing cold so we had to go to the front desk for a space heater. The extra blanket he handed us in a heap looked used. We had to ask if it was clean! The cleaning staff carts were congregated outside of our door daily, but they were very friendly. I guess there was no other place to assemble the crib except in front of our door, as we left to check out. This was my 3rd stay here this year while in the process of moving to Southern California. I must say this was the worst and the last stay at this hotel. The customer service here has deteriorated severely. Management is not very responsive. and $17 to park in a dirty trashy and dark parking lot to top it off.

First time back after the remodel and what a disappointment.

15.00/night parking...aren't we already paying enough for this property? (BTW don't leave early. Now that'll cost you $ 75.00)
Desks have no power outlets?
Had to ask house keeping for bath soap.
Evening reception (Food Options) were low budget.

For the premium you pay to stay here you get Omelets and bad bar munchies evenings. Save your money, grab a bag of chips and salsa and settle for scrambled (like everywhere else)

the hotel's newly renovated rooms do not have a convenient power outlet for notebook, phone charge, etc. Other services are fine, except that it seems to do a year round renovation. The swimming pool looks great and works great.

Online, it appears that this location is a more upscale private hotel, giving the impression that it is located at a winery.
With bright and airy rooms.

This hotel looks like the inside of a prison- with tiers. Their rooms are very awkward, and wery dim. Why would anyone want a window facing inward? Anybody??

Why would anyone want a balcony that looks rickety and now where to sit or even stand- facing nowhere. Yeaaa, this place is a joke.
