We stayed for three days at the hotel. We booked a king size bed room with a gsas fireplace. The location is great: you can reach all the sights in Monterey by foot. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

My wife grew up in Monterey and I have spent time there fairly regularly since I was young. We like the attitude, the setting and the service of Casa Munras. We were able to bring our two daughters and our dog and all thoroughly enjoyed the trip and felt welcome. As locals, we give it two thumbs up.

Well...where do I start? A week prior to our visit, I contacted Sabrina , the manager via email with some concerns and questions, she was on top of things and helping me even though it was Sunday night! Got us a great room, very good upgrade ( well worth it) and some great local tips!! Is it the Ritz? NO,...

We spent three nites here and I think it's more a motel, in terms of a motor court vice central parking. While the property is probably older it is very well maintained and updated; our king room was stylish with a comfortable bed, fridge and safe. We got a comp upgrade to a coner king room which was very pleasant....

This is a nice decent place to stay at. Front desk service was very welcoming and nice. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. I love it here and will definitely come back! If you would like to go swimming they heat up the pool up to 80 degrees. Don't go expecting to sit in the spa...

We stayed with our toddler at Casa munras for two nights. They had a playpen ready in the upgraded room and were super accommodating. The room was great! Good bed, nice robes, good quality amenities and you can borrow dvd's from their library. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but went to the lebanese place downtown, which was also excellent....

We were driving from San Francisco to LA, and we found this motel to be suitable for us. We just needed a place to stay for the night. It’s within walking distance of the town centre and pier. We found that the onsite restaurant was fine for breakfast and dinner. The room was quiet and clean, and compared to some...

Thank you for your recent stay and review of the Casa Munras. Monterey is a great place to stop for a couple of days of relaxation between San Francisco and Los Angeles. Casa Munras' central location in the heart of downtown Monterey is a great staging point for exploring the entire peninsula. We're happy that you enjoyed your experience here...

Stayed at Casa Munras recently for 1 night while passing through Monterrey. We had a standard King Room which was exactly as pictured on the website. We booked the Internet Special rate which I think was a fair price for this room given it's centrally located and the room was recently updated. However their standard rates seem a bit exorbitant...
