The Anderson Inn is a lovely boutique hotel. It is family owned and operated. The owners are wonderful, gracious and welcoming. The rooms are lovely, outfitted with extremely comfortable beds with great pillows and 800 thread count sheets. Each has a balcony with a view. The three overlooking the water have fireplaces. While I was there I met several of... More

What can I say, this sweet family owned hotel was wonderful! From making my reservation to checking in, the 3 siblings who run the place were so amazing. They really made you feel at home, more like a bed and breakfast really. The room was great, comfortable bed, they had lovely toiletries and a very large bathroom with a shower... More

We were 12 days in California for vacation. A week before in Europe I called to make a reservation and the experience on the phone told me that this place will be good. The three Andersons (two brothers and a sister) have spent many years practicing perfection and details. I noticed many small things that seems obvious but must other... More

My husband and I just returned from a three-night stay here. What can I say, other than that this place is perfect! Perfect location, perfect room, perfect staff. The only thing I might change, is to have king-size beds instead of queens. But even there, I have to say I slept wonderfully, and my husband and I are "king-size" folks.... More

We stayed at the Anderson Inn only for 1 night If I had known what a wonderful hotel and place it is I would stay môre! The hotel is only 8 rooms. 3 of them are just in water. Nicer than the picture in the web site. There is a magic in the place. The rooms are big and clean... More

The managers of the Anderson Inn are spectacular. They could write the book on what to do --because they do it. One phoned us while we were driving there simply to say we should stop in Cambria to take in the Scarecrow Fest ( which we did!). Our room was beautiful. Recently refurbished, it had all the bells and whistles... More

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in the area. There were eight of us traveling together and the Anderson's took the time to introduce themselves to each of us and asked about our group and where we had been and where we were going. They took a real interest. The rooms were very comfortable and each had... More
